"One downside is that I seem to be unusually sensitive to distractions."

I guess, your overall sensitivity has increased greatly, too. I am having a similar process. I feel, for example, that my sense of smell improved dramatically.

I was aware that sensitivity would increase. It has advantages and disadvantages. One advantage is psychic abilities improvement. You start sensing "thin", matters and energies.

As for disadvantages - it can make your city life like hell. Senses like awareness. You can lower both, in order to turn off "noises". But I just removed noises and bad air, by removing myself from the big city.

I find it funny that I read this blog post as I was eating peppermint ice cream straight out of the box.

Yes I no longer need naps. After every meal I'm able to get up and tidy up or do something else without feeling the need to "mong" on the sofa with a bloated feeling.

Not even after a 12-banana mono meal?

Maybe you can tweak your raw diet to be more palatable while retaining the benefits? Simply trying the diet you're on + (raw) legumes would dramatically reduce the amount of food you have to eat and increase the variety.

Hey Steve, wow, sounds great! Here you have my love and support too

I stopped the experiment, I need to fix a few things in my head first. Also bought a few books about raw foods. I want to learn a bit more about it before my next trial. Starting again soon!

Btw, when you go back to cooked, if you do, please be very careful. I lost half of my energy, I'm having digestion problems and I feel awful.
