I've just found out that Steve is selling his old house. Unfortunately, the link Steve gave, doesn't work. A pity, I'd like to see its pictures. Steve, is your old house still available for sale? I wonder if any of your fans would buy it. And how it would be to live in a house, sparkling with positive and growth-oriented energy! Have you considered this as an unique selling point?  |

here is the MLS number for the house: 780963 You might have better luck finding it that way. Yes, it's definitely filled with positive energy. Lots of wealth building energy in there too. If anyone wants to see the house, let us know. It's all been redone and is ready for move in. Free washer and dryer and refrigerator comes with the house, along with two new air conditioners, ceiling fans, and dishwasher. new blinds throughout. new carpet throughout, new paint everywhere including the ceilings. It's better than when we actually lived in it |

There are 40,000 houses on the market here and only 1,000 per month sell. We've only had one couple even look through the house. It's a buyer's market right now. But yeah, the house is in perfect shape and ready for a loving family who wants it. |

I'd definitely buy it. Unfortunately, there are 2 reasons, preventing me from doing it: 1) I'm not American, so no American bank will ever give me a loan. And I don't have money to pay full price at once. 2) Even if I manage getting a loan/money, I still can't live in the house without a green card - greets go to government... I feel this house already has its buyer. Erin, do you? (I train my psychic abilities from time to time). |
