Good to see you're having a streak of good days.

I've been 100% raw for a little over a month now (doing my own 90 day trial) and as I mentioned before, I eat quite a bit higher fat than you do, but with a minimum of "raw gourmet". I've lost quite a bit more weight than you have too, although I definitely need to lose it! I think there's a happy medium between eating simply and eating a huge quantity of food every day. I like making sushi with raw nori and veggies like avocados, cucumber, peppers and sprouts, fruit with some almond butter, etc. I personally have found a few great recipes that take a little longer to make but last several days like raw hummus and thai-style "peanut" sauce. I've also made a fresh marinara sauce that is better than anything I've made cooked that takes all of 5 mins to make. And even raw chocolate made with raw cocoa and mashed dates. So a little more complicated than just a bowl of fruit, but a lot easier than cooking.

I would eventually like to get to the point where I eat more in the vein of 80/10/10, but from what I've heard is that it takes awhile to get one's body to the point where you can be happy subsisting on fewer calories...I don't think I'd ever be happy eating lbs and lbs of bananas every day. But until I get to that point, I'd rather get comfortable and happy with the whole concept and eat foods I really like because they are tasty and make me feel good. So I see why people simplify over time, but I'm personally not ready to do that. If you decide not to stick with the current style, I'd encourage you to play around with some other ways of eating raw even if you're not doing it 100%. That's the great thing about eating vegan, it's not like you have to give up eating raw completely! I am actually very impressed that you've started out eating mostly fruitarian and hope you take some of the lessons you've learned forward with you into the future.
