One of the things Roger mentioned was not to eat fat in the middle of the day; but to eat it as the very last thing of the day. Since you are eating fat in the middle of the day, this could seriously impede the effectiveness of the diet?

I am still struggling with this diet too, but what I have noticed that (I 'naturally' have dry/itchy skin) my skin becomes far less itchy when I don't combine fat and fruits, already after a day or 2.

Steve's voice was so low in the recording that I decided to do a little audio processing. I carefully ran the recording through a gain compressor so the two voices had a more similar volume. After that, the recording was much easier to listen to. Then I realized you guys might want to hear the version I made, so I put it here:

Thanks a lot, Andreas! Now I don't need to feel like a scratch DJ, pulling my "fader" (WinAMP volume control) left-right on order to listen to this record

Your welcome, Herbalist. Funny how something you initially do for yourself turns into a community service if you share. Steve has talked about that before.

I wonder if Steve has heard the my fixed version yet...

Hmm. Roger Haeske is linking to the improved version I made:
New Scientific Proof… Why You Can't Stop Eating Junk Food | Raw Food Diet, Bodyweight Fitness & Self-Mastery

If only people could get it directly from the RSS feed... *hint hint*

Would you mind if I replaced the version on my site with your edited and improved version?

Of course you can use it, Steve.

I was waiting for you to ask, hence the "hint hint".
It was pretty easy to fix. I just played around with a gain compressor filter in a program called Sound Studio.

And hope you're feeling better, Steve. I still have that cough. Hey maybe we should find a way to bless the whole forum. Maybe I'll post on Erin's forum about that idea....

Thanks, Andreas. I'll put it up soon.

I'm feeling great today -- thanks. But I had a lot of down days in a row.
