Default Raw food & Sleep patterns & quality of sleep

Hi Steve and others on the Raw food diet,

I wanted to figure out what changes/if any have taken place with your daily sleep.

1. Do you sleep for a fewer/more number of hours on this diet?
2. Have your sleep patterns changed?
3. Is the quality of sleep better/worse?

thanks,
boohay

My sleep patterns bobbled around a bit during the first two weeks. Sometimes I slept less, other times more. They've been normal this week, basically the same as before the trial.

During my 11 days raw I felt my quality of sleep improve. I didn't need more or less. I just felt very well, mellow, happy and snuggly. In general, I was much more in balance and feel improved sleep came as a result.
