| Steve, now that you're on day 20 of the trial and you've probably gone past the initial detox periods and gotten used to the food, are you planning to continue eating like this for the rest of your life? Or will you drop this experiment after 30 days?

| I start this trial about 14 days ago. I felt miserable. When I calculated my caloric ratios, however, it turned out that I got 30% from fat. I just added one avocado and snacked on a few pumpkin and sunflower seeds, so I was totally not aware of this. 4 days ago I started to go fat free. I feel so much better already. When I eat to much refined sugar I become extremely restless. I had the same feeling on the fruit+30% fat. Now I have cut out the fat and I finally feel this peaceful rest again. For me this is personal proof that the sugar in fruit is perfectly ok, as long as you keep the fat low. |

| Yup, although it's less common, there are long-term vegans who still have high cholesterol.
