| Hey Steve, I notice you like watermelon. =) I also see you're not into high-prep meals. I accidentally discovered watermelon gazpacho last summer... Simply combine watermelon, diced cucumber, corn, diced onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and a little lime. No blending needed! It's so awesome...
