I just gave Steves recomended list of pd books (http://www.stevepavlina.com/personal...ment-books.htm) a quick look, and realised that several of these are aviable for free (since there copyright is expired, in a few cases by so much as 1000 years) The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin by Benjamin Franklin - Project Gutenberg The Art of War: The Art of War by 6th cent. B.C. Sunzi - Project Gutenberg The Iliad The Iliad of Homer by Homer - Project Gutenberg The Odyssey The Odyssey by Homer - Project Gutenberg I am posting these for the benefit of those of us on a limited budget - and since it was a blog post of Steves, I supposed this would be the most appropriate forum. As a closing note gutenberg often has some really interesting old books, including Shakespear, Harrie Becker Stove, Mark Twain, Plato, Aristotle and a lot of others. |
