I just want to echo Steve's recommendation of these CDs. They are very, very useful in bringing the mind into a clearer and more positive focus. The only warning I would offer, which I haven't seen anywhere before, is that it seems that listening to several of them in one day might send you into what at least appears to be a delusional (albeit happy) state, at least if you are in a highly emotional state to begin with. As long as you are in a supportive environment, where acting very oddly and saying bizarre things (compared to mainstream folks) it's fine, and fun. But if you are around people who fear unusual thoughts and tend to be the type to want to call the men in the white coats to take you away to the mental institution, then you might want to hold off on listening to three or more in one day until you are in a more open-minded place! :-) -Turtle |

Is it possible to get addicted to Paraliminals? I could use it as an excuse to take breaks at work, like those who think a "smoke break" should only be allowed to smokers. I could use them for a Paraliminals break. I've tried one of the Paraliminals that came with my Photoreading package and it's not bad. Don't know if I need the Ultimate You Library, though. As a minimalist by nature who just made some purchases I thought would be life-affirming, I am now seeing that most products out there may seem great when you order them, but when you get them in the mail, you may not have the same feelings about it. But for those who truly believe these CDs will change their life, go ahead and use them. Achieve, achieve, achieve. At least they offer a money-back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied, you can send it back. That really helps people make a decision. It shows great confidence in their product. Good luck. |

I haven't found Paraliminals addictive, but they're very enjoyable to listen to, so I do look forward to each session. But if I don't use them for a week, I'm not clawing the walls for a fix. I have many meditation programs (on tape, CD, and MP3), and after a few times through them, most of them get boring, and I get saturated on the messages. But for whatever reason I haven't gotten bored of any of the Paraliminals, and I've been using them since Aug 2006. Whether I'm really keyed up or a bit drowsy when I start, they never fail to put me into a very relaxed state and then bring me back up again. I'm sure it must be the embedded Holosync tones. The production quality of these programs is top notch. I still listen to other meditation/relaxation programs, but I'm probably doing at least 80% Paraliminals due to their consistency and effectiveness. They just always work, and it's totally effortless. |

I purchased Paraliminals the last time the discount was offered and have to echo Steve's comments. I find them very effective and relaxing. I did not purchase the entire library because, like Andrew, I'm a bit of a minimalist and limited my purchase to the broader topics (New Behavior Generator, Belief, Dreams, Relaxation, Procrastination, and one more...can't think of it at the moment). It seemed to me at the time that the specific issue Paraliminals (Weight Loss for example) could be addressed with the New Behavior Generator or Belief CD's. I've received the greatest benefits from the Belief and Relaxation paraliminals. Perhaps because I used them more. Or maybe I used them more because they were most effective? |

Hi This is my first post here! I read that Steve Pavlina uploaded all the Paraliminals in his iPod. I think that the process of ripping the tracks into mp3 format may affect the Holosync technology by cutting on some of the wave sounds. Anyone can comment? Thanks!! |
