One ironic thing about human perception of time is that it is used as a means to measure consciousness. Since consciousness is the domain of the ego, and the ego is a wrong-minded attempt to perceive yourself as you wish to be, rather than as you are, then time is like a way to justify doing what you shouldn't be doing.

In a nutshell, the ego is prone to ask questions but is incapable of perceiving meaningful answers. They reside outside our time-space continuum of awareness. Time and space are under the control of Forces beyond us. How we interpret them in our world is up to us.

Time can't touch it
Can't feel it
unseen to the physical eye
Can't smell it
it is odorless

but time is not a lie
I can use it
abuse it -manipulate it for my own gain
perhaps time is like a teacher
telliing me to fill it with joys and pains
Can time erase regrets
forget memories filled with stain
if so
what about all the moments
of wonderful joy i have gained

we all live in it and by it
and I am sure it will be there next week
should i love it or hate it
depends on what your consience speaks

we need time for "order" in the universe, maybe it is like a spiritual law
that upholds things , brings order out of kaos... we harness it, but even if we did not live by time , i think it is a spiritual law upholding the universe
