I have been pretty much a doormat for people to walk on for a long time. I can't seem to get an ounce of respect from people. I try and manifes tit, and it appears for a short time ,but I seem to keep slipping out of vibrational harmony and I don't know why....Does anybody have any techniques for staying in vibration harmony with X intent please?

Start showing respect to yourself first.

You are assuming that you are capable of doing something wrong. A perfect voice is still capable of stuttering speech; that does not make it an imperfect voice. Your perfect self is perfect, regardless of how well your form expresses it. You ask the question because there is conflict between the inner recognition of that perfection and your judgement of its expression. Sit for fifteen minutes every morning and search your soul (not your behavior) for imperfection, then let go of the care for the rest of the day. Do this for forty days. If you find imperfection, write back immediately and tell us what you found. Otherwise write back in 40 days and tell us what you found. Andy

All great advice. Another thing you can try is to focus on quieting the mind (as mentioned, meditation is a form of this...but I mean all day long). Our ego places thousands of thoughts in our mind all day long to keep us distracted, fearful, insecure, etc. (that is, it does so when you let it). Reality is we really only need to 'think' for a short percentage of the time. All other thoughts are mostly of future and/or past events. Any thought of times other than now are wasteful thoughts and only hurt you -- keeping you attentive to the perpetuating illusion that times other than now exist (and that you are capable of being hurt, and that scarcity and unhappiness exist, etc.). When you are in the now there is nothing but pure joy. Joy, wealth, abundance are eternal; the universe is infinite. So really focus on quieting the mind. In time it will become second nature. Fact is you shouldn't have to 'try' at all. When you have to 'try hard' to achieve something it means that your sub-conscious and conscious mind are incongruent in their beliefs. The conscious mind, in fact, has limited power in its ability to control your actions. Most of our actions are controlled by the sub-conscious (we are effectively on auto-pilot most of the time...whether we think so or not). It is our deep routed beliefs in the sub-conscious that project our goals to the universe -- which manifest in the physical world. That is why will power is an illusion. As already mentioned in a previous post, you must change your expectations and ultimately what you really, really, really believe in. If your physical reality doesn't present itself the way you would like it to be -- it demonstrates you have blockages and limiting beliefs and expectations in your sub-conscious. Trying hard actually tells the universe that you are scared and fearful that you will not attain your goals. And as we all get what we ask for in this world (free will is eternal), the universe gives us exactly what we focus our mind on (if you focus on being scared you will attract more scary situations and thoughts). You must first be clear on what you want and then just let go and be faithful that the universe will deliver. You must be that your goals have already been achieved. Because ultimately they have (your spirit has everything already). Being is having and the universe always gives you more of what you already have. You simply just have to decide that you already have it (deep down, regardless of physical reality). To clear blockages even quicker, try using an energy clearing technique as well. EFT is a great one. You can also use EFT for physical ailments. All pain (mental/physical) represents a mis-alignment of your energy patterns. Steve |

Isn't it funny how we already know all this intuitively? It's just so simple and obvious. It's the ego that's working overtime to keep us blind. The ego's only goal is to stay alive -- and it will give us evidence to support our fears/limiting beliefs. The second you begin to uncover the (infinite) truth about the universe, however, the ego has no choice but to die. Decide today to kill the ego and as Erin puts it: begin to "Remember where you came from." Good luck! Steve |

Because our realities are subjected to our own manifestation, we must understand that this manifestation began at an early age. In fact, it began as soon as we were born. How well we do in life depends upon how we gather information and how we choose to act. The processes that we use to determine which choices we make are learned from the time we are born. How does this apply to how people treat us? We manifest our own reality and therefore choose to see what we want therefore how other people treat us is directly dependant upon how we treat our selves. If we suffer from low self-esteem, it will constantly seem like life is an uphill battle. If you are interested in learning more, an excellent book on the topic, "Braking the Chain of Low Self-Esteem," by Marilyn J. Sorensen can be checked out at your local library. |
