I am thinking about getting this product. Only thing is is costs 300 bucks. Anyone have experience with this? Healing Rhythms | Biofeedback Training for a Happy Mind and Healthy Body |

I did try the original Journey to the Wild Divine a few years ago. It is a cool concept but I did not find it compelling enough to stick with it. It felt like work, honestly. Having biofeedback was interesting but at this point I can sense my inner states well enough without it. Edit: When I told my husband about this thread, he immediately said, "That's because you weren't any good at it." This is true. He has played videogames which was helpful in navigating and doing certain tasks. Plus I had a few problems getting back to certain locations because in the real world I tend to unconsciously use the sun for my sense of direction and you can't do that in the game. Also, during the tasks themselves I tended to either get impatient or to have some performance anxiety (especially if he'd demonstrated how "easy" it was for him first). The other issue I had and he didn't was my low blood pressure made getting the biofeedback into the acceptable range a challenge. Last edited by Alchemiss; 06-10-2007 at 10:39 AM. At least you're paying for something (hardware and software), unlike one other product which sparked some lively debate on this forum not long ago... I'd try it if I thought I needed it, but meditation seems effective enough. I don't currently have $300 to spare to satisfy my curiosity
