Today I had a fresh new insight onto this quote. So here goes.

The world outside of us, the external world cannot be effected by itself. There is no "Cause and effect" in fact, the world does not exist until mind percieves it. Thus mind effects the out reality, change the mind, change the reality. Bend yourself. Then the spoon too, will bend.

Ah, heard this quote on tv two days ago. It's from The Matrix.
My opinion: The spoon doesn't bend anyway.
Only in fantastic movies or when you use dirty tricks like that Uri Geller guy.
