Has meditation helped you with your goals?
In my daily meditations, I try to spend 3 - 5 minutes visualizing my goals. Experiencing achieving my goals. I thought this would be distracting from my regular meditation but it has helped me feel more energized.
Do any of you practice visualizing goals during meditation?
Has it helped you in anyway?
