Just saying hello to you all!
 

Hello Everyone! I apologize if I am not posting in the correct place as I am new. I am usually very shy and reluctant to talk but through reading some of the posts here on the site, my desire to speak has popped up out of no where!:D

I found this place through google searching the feelings you get through meditation. I find it kind of encouraging to read and relate genuinely from the heart to what so many people have to say.

I am pretty creative or artistic if you will. I have a strong interest in just about anything that fit into that area.

My parents raised me as a Jehovah's witness. I am recently opening my eyes, mind and heart to a new way of feeling as well as thinking. I believe that me logging on to this site was not a coincidence along with all the other situations that have taken place in my life.

I lost my third born child out of four and it hurt and sometimes it still do when I think about it from the perspective of my old teachings. I begin really searching for a way to deal with that pain. How could we be created in love and live so much pain. Those same questions are the closest to being answered then they ever were when I take time to be in silence through out the day. This gives me the idea that no matter what is going on outside of you, the key to the answers are within.

Welcome to the forum . I believe Erin has a blog on dealing with the loss of a child Erin Pavlina Erin Pavlina – Spiritual Wisdom for Conscious People I would say meditation , yoga , ect will help . You can ask your higher self/guides / masters on the proper corrse of action . Many of us on this forum believe in reincarnation , and that problems that happen in this life are from trapped stuff from past lives . There are methods of hypnosis and self hypnosis to regress back to past lives and see. desert rat
