Sounds like it.

I think people use nicotine withdrawals as a kind of internal alarm clock to tell them to take a break. If you did the same thing, took a break and breathed deeply, without the cig, then you probably were able to transform the feelings.

Usually, anything personal that I say about myself starts the storytelling, and whatever point I wanted to make is lost. Basically, there has to be a point before it can be talked about, and it's never a personal point.

Well, surrender isn't a volitional choice, so it isn't something you can pursue directly. It's the inevitable result of some clarity.

A craving is meant to satisfy a need, and ultimately the need is being imagined.
