How to kick start my abilities...

I would just like to say Hi to everybody, i just found this site today and looking from the threads it has some very enlightened and switched on people. well i would like use this opportunity to gain some wisdom in the would of spirituality. ive had a phase five or so years ago of awakening of psychic abilities, nothing major just the basics. its starting again i believe and have quite a lot of ideas and questions on developining my ability. id like to find someone who i can get some answers from on here if anyone is willing. il start by asking about building up my pranic energy through meditation, i can't seem to visualise it or generate it like i did in the past. ive always had a thing about hands on healing but never done it, and im not smart enough to be a dr so joined the fire service instead, i still have this niggling thing to heal people. .

You may want to research a pranayama practice.
