 |  Strange thing happened to me
Ok this was in the middle of the day while i was sleeping in my bed, I woke up and tried to study..... But I was not able to open my book! infact could not touch anything. I could see everything in my room.... tried to drink water but couldn't touch the glass of water..... my hand passed through the water! So I looked back.... and shocked to see myself lying in bed! I was so freaked out.... Tried to touch myself lying in bed but my hands were passing through my body........! could not understand what was happening! I cried for sometime and went ahead to sleep in my bed.....! I woke up in actual and found everything was Ok. I was myself and I felt so refreshed that never felt..... most interesting thing was that I slept only for an hour! Sometimes I still wonder what happened to me that day! Out of body experience? Rehersal for death? I think I had one when I was a new born baby. All my life I've had this incredibly clear memory of seeing myself in an incubator and couldn't figure it out. I had been a breech with the cord around my neck and not expected to live. |

I was doing some mindfulness exercise while laying in my bed at the advice of some guru I was dating to "dance into the kingdom of heaven" and next thing I know I'm floating up and level with the tigers picture in my room. Got nervous and felt myself float back down. Then my eyes opened.
