Don't mean to insult anyone, I thought that name had been deliberately picked for its humour..sorry!

Now, back to me for a second...am only getting glimpses of this 'before thought' business, is it normal that it doesn't hang around more than a few seconds for some? I'm assuming the feeling will lengthen the more I visit it? (I realise it's more trickery but it's still there). I'm sure being the chatterbox my mind is doesn't help! I'm still in awe at the fact of how easily we are fooled into thinking we're a set of thoughts..funny. I know, am rambling right?

When I sit quietly I come to an understanding/a seeing of being prior to thought but then I seem to think about it, thoughts such as: 'oh look that's cool' or 'that's me and all I've ever known not me..ahh' and come straight out of it. I'm left with a deeper knowledge all day but still fairly stongly identified with this personality. I go in and out of it- do you know what I mean?
