I am drawn today to write, seek, inquire about spiritual healing.

On my journey I am drawn to an understanding that the Light of Christ can see all and penetrate all pain and destructive experiences to bring healing and wholeness.

I have lived a life of pain and rejection and am believing that a healing is in order for me.

I’m not a big fan of the abrahamic religions since they’re based on belief systems; consider you may be experiencing an innate spiritual drive and any beliefs (borrowed knowledge) should be satisfied through conformation of direct experience, perhaps use your inquisitive drive towards expansion of consciousness, expect nothing except transformation through elimination of illusions (maya), liberation from bondage a means towards absolute spirituality “Truth”.

Indeed you are right. And it is because this pain is nothing but a phantom—something being held onto because you don't yet see the possibility of letting go of that pain. And that's where Christ's Light enters into it and helps you to see the reality of your Divine Essence, which pain cannot touch.

It is a surrendering. It is an instinct to hang onto the pain, because we have grown used to it. It has become part of our self-identity. When it is ripped away, we feel vulnerable and naked without the pain. It distracted us from ourselves. The Light helps us to see our real identity as perfect Love.

It's like in the story of Adam and Eve. They were perfect and happy to be who they really were, without anything to hide it. But then they knew pain, and suddenly needed a veil between them and God. They were never kicked out of the garden—they left it of their own volition because it was too much for them. The penetrating Light was too revealing. The process of salvation has always been about helping man to let go of that veil and bask in the fullness of God's Light.

I am a believer of the path of healing myself. On my spiritual journey I discover that we are mostly deluded about ourself. It is only the challenge of dealing with the many imperfections that life has to offer that allow us to choose love as we go along. It is really only the path of healing that allows us to be who we really are.

Yes. I did. I joined several workshops and some are really working on me, especially "Family Constellation" guided by Bert Hellinger, a German master. You can check out his website. He did lots of work with family trauma. His work will bring you back to love and reconcile.

For his healing, accepting is the key. Whatever your life gives to you, you are grateful for what you get and do something great out of it.

I also joined a couple workshops held by Ishan Ji and BaBa Ji. They were very powerful and gave lots of healing. You can find these information on the website as well.

Also, out of nowhere, I learned it by myself, to observe yourself and transform your feeling and belief system is key to your healing because it is impossible that there is a guide and therapist there for you 24 hours a day. You are the key to your healing. If you have the eager, I am sure it will happen naturally.

I experienced the loss of an old false personality that was the expression of misunderstandings, frustration, outworn beliefs, and negative emotions.

All this was left behind - like a big wad of dark, icky stuff! Doesn't mean I never have to deal with frustrations, feelings of limitation, or passing negative moods at all - but I'm much stronger and more able to deal with these. For me, this restart happened to a certain extent gradually (meditation, therpeutic processes, etc)... but at a certain point in my life it happened emphatically when I got attuned to Reiki.

I always believed that shame, confusion, fear, conflict were not my core realities. But at the point I took Reiki training and got the attunement, I found out for sure that they were not...

For many years I had continued to deal with the aftermath of problems in my childhood and adolescence. And I had unknowlingly put up emotional walls to defend myself from the world. But this put a warp into my whole life - relationships, jobs, everything! Some years ago I broke my leg, and while mending I decided to take a course and an attunement in "Reiki" - due to learning it had something to do with "healing energy." I thought I was doing the Reiki course for physical healing, but the attunement resulted in several other benefits: It immediately and unexpectedly acted to clear away a huge amount of those ugly emotional traces.

After my attunement, both the old pain/fear and the walls I'd made just dissolved. My overall mood improved and I felt more confident under all circumstances. My sense of intimacy with nature (birds, dogs, horses) markedly increased. I now knew positivity is at my personal core.

I don't "sell" anything. I'm not a Reiki teacher. Some people may have had different experiences as compared with my own... I don't guarantee anything. But a number of people have told me stories very similar to my own story.

I'm still an explorer, a grower. There's more to divest myself of and more to learn... the higher human potentials. There are further accomplisments in healing... some people are miraculous healers.
