Default What is something you take for granted?

I find that I take sleeping in for granted. On days when I have to get up early I wish I could sleep in but when I am able to sleep in I don't apreciate it as much as I should.

I take my parents financial situation for granted. We arn't rich but we are well off and I think that I might be a bit shocked when i got to Uni and have to live in relative poverty.

That there will be a tomorrow for me.

It is the basis of procrastination.

LOL. I say this to myself every Sunday morning. All week, I have to get up early and the one day I have to sleep in, I often find myself awake by 8am ready to start the day. Of course, as Murphy's Law would also have it, when I do actually choose to sleep in, My children will wake rather early and when I'm up at 8am, my kids sleep till 10!! (Sigh)

I think we all take a lot for granted. I take for granted everyday the small things like reaching in the fridge and always having a cold drink, a good snack or something tastey to throw in the microwave. I take for granted having a safe place to sleep at night, a nice car to drive and a good job. What about always having a toothbrush and clean clothes? We all tend to take things for granted. Hmmmm.

Thank you Jeremy for making me stop for just a few minutes and think about this. It's good to remember what we need to be greatful for.
