The heart is a heavy little number

I have reached a junction. One road continues on in a fairly predictable and safe smooth fashion. The other is fraught with danger great highs and great lows, fresh horrors around every bend.
A while back I probably would have chosen the former, but that was a while ago and now I am being pushed to the later by unseen means.
This is a life lived through heart.
Slowly it has been unburdening itself in order to facillitate habitation. Slowly I am venturing more into its depths. There is no immediate payback, in fact only the promise of more of the same.
Why continue? Because I am aware that others have been there before me and trusting in the feeling that I have been allowed the opportunity to enter for good reason.
It has been stop and start as a result of the minds intervention but everytime I stop and let the opportunity pass, another arises in quick succession convincing me of my direction.
The jewell in the crown of the heart opening is love.
But as of now this is a truly untamed beast and one that brings great change as a result of its manifesting.
I feel like that any minute I could be picked up by its force and broken into a zillion pieces.
Onward I guess......

In my spiritual ascension, a point came in which I had to bravely venture into the Unknown. You will, too.

This requires trust in the God of your understanding, spirit guides, and courage on the sojourners' part.

I have become 'familiar' with the unknown, always returned safely to my Earth-based home...for now. It is totally surrendering in this trust that we can be taken and shown the greater sights of the universe. It is indeed a Heart journey. The mind will always screw it up with analysis and 'beleifs'. The heart immediately understands it.

Thanks for posting Roy. The implications keep reappearing that a complete restructuring of my physical universe is impending and necessary.
The implications of this are staggering..... hence the fear. I am at the point of staring into it in abject horror but knowing I must proceed. Surrendering yes absolutely. Thank you.

As mentioned in another thread, you can not completely hide from yourself. Hence the intuition or unexplainable knowing to move towards fear even in the face of all logical explanations against it.

Yep. Having identified with mind for a bit the same rules don't hold true for the heart.

This sort of happens with self-improvement/ spiritual sojourn.

We then have the opportunity to put the pieces back in a different order, and leave out the ones we no longer need.

This is a great forum for what you're doing, NH, and as you see, there are lots of terrific folks here to cheer you on.

On my website I have a forum unavailable to the public (members only) and many keep a blog there. A couple members have left remarkable records of their journeys. I'm confident yours' will be an inspiring and delightful transition.

Thanks mate ......yes I specifically logged on to this & other forums & blogs with a view to gain insight as this part of the journey has been tearing me open for close to 2 years now ( off and on ) What I have encountered is not so much the words but the people. Everyone has their own story to tell & each is unique. Each has their own little set of values taken from the experience. But what I zone into is the ( that which can't be named ) factor. The lifeforce & simplicity that radiates from walking the walk. That to me is the greatest communicator.

Those rascally rascals ha. Thanks mate. This has been quite a period of rebooting.
Intuitively I knew what to avoid from the start.....mind noise. Its not that mines so quiet, just the opposite but the process was demanding simplicity. Getting involved in big mind chatter just keep stirring the can of worms.
It has been a case of doing the next most obvious thing, like a return to a primal state of basic survival.
I managed a bit of time out from the heart lately but I think that is now past.
I can feel my estrogen levels rising as we speak.
