Lots of spiritual teachers say we are an eternal energy and never really "die". I believe that, but if we are reborn always forgetting what being "non-physical" is like.. how do we ever really enjoy it? |

Karma is maintained with your Essence being. Here is an excellent definition for Karma since I am not satisfied with the ones at large. "Karma is your collective consciousness through time" "Karma is written on your conscious DNA through the dual mechanisms of Intention and Action" |

Answers to this depending on your beliefs: 1) you have access to all those lifetimes when you die and become non-physical again. 2) part of you always remains non-physical and that part of you benefits 3) while you don’t ‘remember’ the details, the choice of life experience each time is based on the experiences of the past 3) your ‘soul’ builds experience and capability from the essence of your physical experiences even if the details are lost |
