 |  Please recommend some guided meditations
Could you please recommend some good audio guided meditations? Better yet if they are freely downloadable from the web. I'm specifically looking for something that can help treat anxiety, but any other types of recommendations would be appreciated as well. Thanks! |

Some books have methods of self hypnosis in them. There are cds , dvds , and mp3s for sale at new age book stores and off the net. The subjects range from loose weight , stop smoking , to past life regression, and astral progression , ect. The cds , dvds are around $10-25 (U.S.) Some sites do have free stuff.
