 |  Meditating Like a Zen Model?
I know the title might sound a bit odd...but I did that on purpose!  Mostly, when i read through personal development forums and some magazines many people seem to deviate away from anything meditation...as if meditation were the garnish of the self growth world! Most of the people I know are on the spiritual end of personal development and nearly all of them meditate. As to your video, nice visuals. The music does not seem very meditative. Personal opinion, I would have put more emphasis on more peace of mind and lower stress. |
