I don't have an intention. I come empty to these discussions, and an empty mirror only reflects only what is looking into it. Everyone will see something different, and that will also change as the face in the mirror changes.

Cool. It's that focus I was referring to in the post. I didn't mean it as an insult or nuthin.

Confused again as to what these 'astral energies are."

The last one I read was "what god wants." Well the title put me off but then he went on to say that god doesn't want anything and filled a book saying so. God had left the building.

You believe you come empty but if you look in the mirror you might see that you don't.

Yes this is because it is so. We are different and we change.

I just mean that all thoughts come from the same consciousness, and we align with whatever we focus on. In the same way that we can associate with various types of peeps, we can derive information from different aspects of consciousness. (I'm trying to avoid using the term 'levels of consciousness' cause there aren't really levels)

Ok I'm familiar with focus and answers seemingly coming from somewhere else, as with CWG. You call it consciousness but is it not really the same thing without the religion?

I don't see it as much different than a religion. Groups meet all over the country. There's one here that meets weekly to 'praise the CWG', and I attending a meeting and caused a little trouble. They made a point of inviting me back, so I guess i wasn't TOO evil.

Ha ha ha. Went to a buddist meeting and they handed a written prayer for him that we had to read when he entered. I said to my daughter, "shall we leave now or go for the ride?' I kept it quiet though, same evil.

I know it's hard to imagine Neale's god without the religion but what I'm pointing to is that the source of Neale's god and the consciousness you speak of are one and the same, except Neale has channelled the energy as an extention of himself.

Right, he's looking inside and projecting what he finds to the outside. In the largest context, he's consciousness, imagining he's Neale, imagining he's talking to God, which is himself. Hehe.

I think CWG has been very helpful to a lot of folks in breaking through old notions of God and resolving some of the contradictions of religion. ACIM has a similar effect in the context of Christianity. They both have their own boundaries and some folks use them as stepping stones and some use them as comfy blankets.

Interesting observation. I, myself, used them both as stepping stones.
