Default Douglas Harding's Headless Exercises

Have any of you guys tried out Harding's exercises?

The Headless Way -- Commentary -- Experiments

I never understood what it was referring to, until today when I actually disidentified with the body and identified with consciousness itself. It was the weirdest and funniest moment of my life I've lost that feeling after a few minutes, but I remembered that this was exactly what these exercises were pointing to.

Probably the same thing as what Steve actually means by Subjective Reality

Namaste

Wow finally words and experiments to back up things I had already realized and experienced but could not explain to anyone. I read all those experiments and they all fit in with my realization experiences. Thanks ethereal.
