Hello guys. Starting tomorrow I will try to do an hour meditation each day for 30 days.

I will post here continually each day.

The meditation involves a visualization of the sun burning my entire body like a flame, and then melting away every part of me. From doing this I hope to access emptiness.

day 1

-After 5 minutes I started seeing bits of light in my head.

-15 minutes in, my head started to ring and vibrate. It felt like it was going to explode.

-30 minutes in the vibration in my head started to stop, I still heard ringing.

-35 minutes in I got really light, and for about 1 minute lost feeling in my body.

-by 40 minutes I was completely numb.

Really odd experiences.

I forgot to mention that after getting really light, I got heavy.

I also got warm sensations on and off.

Wow Great experience, Good luck and I look forward to hearing more about it. Have you thought about adding any fasting to help?

consider a more long ranged plan for the future where the starts and stops are observed to discover the causes of these, and where you keep going after every obstacle or reversal with information about the causes of mishaps
