The first Ascension First Aid thread was remarkably useful to myself and countless others. With it, we all managed to endure a process none of us knew everything about, but all of us knew SOMETHING about.

That phase of ascension has come and gone, and many of us were left with higher abilities and insights. A new phase of Ascension, along with stronger energy influences, is upon us now. For myself, diet has become a serious issue. For others, dealing with the symptoms this phase is handing out is a need we can all relate to, and perhaps offer suggestions.

How Recent Solar Flares Are Affecting Us

I am sad that Laks can't join us...yet. She was one of the most instrumental contributors of the previous thread, and her medical/nutritional tips were right on target, for me. I pray her life-disruptions resolve soon.

Older ascendants, such as myself, are having a rough time of it, but by the same token, what we learned from the previous go-rounds has helped us understand the processes of clearing old dysfunctional energies, and to patiently endure the energy shifts.

There's a LOT going on, right now. Buck up and hang in there. You're among many friends. As Laks says in a recent e-mail:

Hahahaha yes! Everything is pushing us towards growth and shedding all the old limiting beliefs and decisions that we made before we could use everything as growth. It's so freakin' challenging, but we just gotta keep on keeping on. Lunar eclipse AND full moon coming up June 15. Batten down the hatches, this will be even more emotional than the solar eclipse on the 1st and should feature a prominent female figure in your life...

Diet issues have come to the forefront. I can no longer turn my head and pretend I just don't see: I know hot dogs are skin, lips. rectums and scrotums, saturated with sodium nitrate. In being honest to myself, I just can't eat them, anymore.

Pork is genetically the closest in structure to human flesh. In fact, some pork parts are used in reconstructive surgery. It is the most difficult meat for humans to digest. And pigs are extremely intelligent animals. Strike bacon, sausage and pork-by-product-food-substances (Scrapple) from the list.

I love pastries and sweets. The grease, processed sugar and bleached flour have already taken their toll on our health. (I've actually renounced donuts. It's obviously a cold day in hell.) Not only that, but with the changes our bodies have gone through, these ingredients don't sit well with us, anymore. Our digestive systems have changed, geared for a different fuel. These heavy, hard-to-digest foods not only are hard to digest, we are not retrieving nutrients from them.

Pure fruit and vegetable juices are the best stand-bys for now. Even the produce section of the supermarket doesn't appeal. WE KNOW the chemicals used to raise those corporate crops, and we know about banana-gas-preservatives, produce picked while still green, and periodic recalls of diseased vegetables.

It's time to get a garden going.

In trying to avoid dairy products, I switched to Silk...soy milk. Now the horror stories are coming forth about soy.

As ascension continues forward, our spiritual attitudes will be challenged more and more. How serious we really are about Christed teachings and what we've learned will come under serious scrutiny. These tests should be embraced, because they strengthen our spiritual resolve.

At present, diet is a concern of many. There are several spiritual reassurances that our ascending bodies can process most anything edible...and there is a bible verse about even poison won't affect us...though many of the foods we're so familiar with no longer pique our interests.

Then there are concerns about our future: should we stockpile food, should we retain glass jars and tin coffee cans for future use?

Few, if any, of us have received instructions about how the universe intends to feed us, though the bible certainly gives many illustrations of "manna from heaven". For myself, I'm resolved to experience the matter when it is presented to me. And I intend to allow my heart and my faith to show me the way.

Meanwhile, preparedness is a good virtue, though hoarding is not an act of faith. Follow your guides and your instincts. And by all means: share your experiences with the rest of us, that all might share in knowing.

Yes that is a big concern, what to do in the event of food shortages. One thing that has not happened to me but I wanted to bring it up, since I think "lightworkers", might run across this at some time, is that we might be able to instantly manifest food and water with our thoughts.

I only bring this up to alert people that it might happen to them, and if they do acquire instant manifestation abilites, trying to manifest, let's say an apple would be a good thing to do. I remember a friend once telling me, that if he had instant manifestation skills, he wouldn't know what to manifest aside from making money appear in his hand. And that's when I started to think about instant manifestation in real ways, aside from just fantasy, how would that work in the real world. Anway... I think even our guides would intuitively nudge us to manifest food and water, since that would be a something everybody could use, rather than say a huge pile of money, which could cause more problems than it could solve.

This is just my opinion, the thing to do is to ask your own guides/angels how this would work and what you should do, since we'll all have to decide for ourselves.

Hey Roy,

Things are chugging along. It's pretty rough in terms of energetic
cleansing due to the solar storms, and yet - I understand why the
first phase is over. Things that once challenged me for months and
weeks now turn over within a few days, even hours. The see saw has
become even more rapid, and with every downturn there is now only
enormous possibilities for growth, even along with the wretched
emotions, memories, gunk, and physical symptoms that accompany the
shedding of layers.

girl" of the group. She loves to traipse about meadows and forests and

I don't know why, but I am thrust into this cosmic mothering position
in so many of my relationships lately, though I have temporarily
forsaken any attempts at romance. As Mr. T often said, 'I pity the
fool. HAH!' Everything is upside down. I received this morning that my
next process involves learning to love without ownership. I have
witnessed with perspective that that which I have experienced in terms
of control and abuse actually reflects my own flawed beliefs about
love. Growing up I realize that father that I idolized so deeply,
because he was the only parent who showed me love, was a nearly
non-functional alcoholic (the only difference is he was a quiet drunk
who would start drinking with dinner and drink until he passed out
each night to blot out his combat flashbacks, but he was never violent
or angry)...but he was possessive of my mother. He controlled her in
much more subtle and insidious ways. She herself had an alcoholic,
controlling father - but he was all rage and crazy behavior. So I can
see how the familiarity of the controlling, abusive alcoholic was more
pleasant in light of the fact that my father was not abusive. Just
alcoholic and controlling.

That urge to cling, grasp, control - comes from a deeply inherited and
experienced feeling of lack and famine. From this comes the limiting
belief that love can only exist if you have it, hold it, keep it near
you all the time, and always know its whereabouts, and that if it goes
away from you at all, it will dwindle and disappear...this is why the
concept of marriage was created, it was created in times of famine
when there was not enough.

But I see it. Love is everywhere, in everything, it is what we
breathe, it is the substrate in which the planet moves, the sun burns,
that which our physiology responds to, it is in the wind and water. It
is kindled between human hearts, but not only two hearts - in all
hearts. The most beautiful expression of love is creation. And people
don't have broken hearts because they lose love, they have broken
hearts because they try to hold onto something and keep it and control
it - but elemental forces become dim and sputter out when you try to
contain them. Then, they are no longer of the elements, right? There
is no such thing as love lost. It's like energy. It just changes its
form of expression, and if you push it down or stifle or mute it, it
will pop back up in the strangest ways...

Left Behind

Last week, we asked the question, “What if some people simply don’t want to go through The Shift and leave their old lifestyle behind?” What if they prefer to stay immersed in “them against us” dramas or even “me against the world” dramas?

Humanity was created so that we can find our way back home to the source from which we originally came. God didn’t just create humanity and leave us to fend for ourselves. There is a cosmic plan for the enlightenment of humanity and, true to our gift of self-determination, no one is forced to progress any faster than they choose.

The Shift isn’t just about the planet Earth. Our planet, our solar system, and our section of the universe are about to make a quantum jump in frequency. There will come a mass ascension day when the Earth will rise in vibration and take with her all who are ready to function in heart-centered consciousness.

That is the requirement – ready for heart-centered consciousness – and, surprising to some, you don’t have to be religious or spiritual to make the grade! A caring person who supports others with little thought for themselves is a heart-centered person. A person who promotes ecology out of care for the Earth is also expressing unselfish, unconditional love when they don’t expect anything particular in return for their efforts and concerns.

On the scale of human consciousness, caring for others is so much bigger than working for personal gain.

There is no Judgment Day where God will look at you and make a decision. You make the decision and the process is automatic. If you’re ready when the big day comes, you will want to go with the inspiring, uplifting energies and nothing will hold you back.

Those, on the other hand, who prefer to stay in their present level of consciousness and decide against rising to the frequency of the ascended Earth will eventually need alternative accommodation. This section of the universe will no longer be available for the reincarnation of their frequency band of consciousness, so another world had to be found for their future use. This is not new information. In the early 1970’s, I became aware of information that came from the spiritual hierarchy about a new planet which, for that very purpose, was being prepared for human habitation.

The upcoming Shift of the ages was foreseen thousands of years ago by Jesus when he pointed out how it will be on that mass ascension day. When the time comes, he said, it will be as if two people are side-by-side and “one shall be taken and the other left behind.”

He actually saw people moving up into a higher realm of existence while those not ready would stay behind in their current realm of existence. The fishermen and farmers of his time weren’t ready to hear about how this would be practically achieved but, today, we are more able to wrap our heads around such concepts as parallel worlds.

You will exist in an ascended version of your physical world while those left behind will continue to exist in their version of the world. To them, their world will continue to be the same, but with a whole lot of people missing. To you, your world will be like it was, yet vibrating at a higher physical frequency; and, likewise, there’ll be a whole lot of people missing.

Consider this impending ascension to a lighter form as a major step in God’s cosmic plan for the enlightenment of humanity. Think of it as a harvest of souls, where everything you do to help others make it through The Shift will be forever enshrined in the records of life as golden acts of service to others.

This is the opportunity that spiritual souls have waited lifetimes to experience.

It doesn’t matter whether people shift into heart-centered consciousness while physically incarnate or, should they have passed on from this life, experience its parallel version in the afterlife. The point is to be ready and to help as many others as you can to make it through to the new heaven on earth.

MY take on it, alphamind, is that 2012 is just the cosmic marker...as with all human development, there will be those who are early, those running late, and everything in between.

Certainly, the cosmos have Their own deadlines in which to accomplish the tasks of keeping the universe in order (and chaos). For myself...and the guidance I receive...the idea is to evolve well, at a pace I can endure sustainably. It makes no sense to hurry-up-and-ascend if that involves glossing over finer details of important note.

As with Blossom Goodchild "UFO landing date", and the recent failed "Rapture" predictions, we see the universe is NOT going to operate according to man's demands, and has no obligation to adhere to strict time-lines...good thing, too! I don't care for man's demands OR deadlines.

Avoiding tabloid mentality and "information" is a good practice in self-preservation. For 2012, here's what the Mayans, themselves, have to say.

I have been given some insight on this event, and encouraged to share it.

Moments prior to the Shift, a bright moment of cognizance will take over your senses. You will know it is the Shift. This will be followed by a sound/ vibrational increase similar to that of an approaching tornado, earthquake or as some describe it, "a jet taking off as you stand on the runway". "The rushing of many waters."

I have been informed that Hoover Dam will suffer some fatal cracks as an actual earthquake breeches the structure in synchronicity with this event. The sacredness of the Colorado river will slowly be restored as the power grid it fed dissolves into chaos, then calm...much like the sinking of the Titanic.

There are some helpful instructions that accommodate these messages I share:

The heightening of cognizance just before the event is to allow a split-second of preparedness, and last-minute cellular changes. Those who respond with strong fear energies will most likely remain lower-dimensional, as this "twinkling of an eye" "test" determines their readiness. Some will naturally feel a fear of the unknown, followed immediately by a "knowing", and Graceful acceptance. A final cellular change will complete specific ascension modifications.

"Mental preparedness" will have no bearing on the results of the Event: the vibration, as it descends upon us, will calibrate our progress of spiritual ascension: those who have been steadfast in the prescribed exercises (spiritual and cellular) will be recognised, because they have evolved to accommodate the new frequency, and thus experience a "mutual resonating". Those who have conducted mere lip-service to spirituality will be recognised as such, and remain in the lower dimension with a Grace period to "make up". Those refusing (continuing their denial) will be allowed to live within their belief systems, but not without immovable recognition of the Event and Its implications. No one will be able to deny "the sky has ripped open".

Those remaining with denial in the lower vibrational dimensions are then quite vulnerable to that fascist future so many love to fantasize about. In reality, it will not be pretty at all, and quite a Hell, in its own right. Though fewer bodies will be dwelling *there, those surviving in that realm will experience the completion of the shift to total tyrannical control. Their very belief systems and denial are "contracts" they have made to forfeit their free will. Facebook and computers will make their shift to the ever-present Big Brother screen, controlling all persons, with severe consequences for nonconformance. Real-Life Information will become harder to access until a total lie is accepted by the population. The Event, Itself, will be slowly removed from the record. This is the ultimate product of a belief system.

*The ascension of higher influences means that the ascension frequency is no longer easily accessible in these lower realms.

I'm not going to lie, I have mixed emotions regarding this information. For one, it's making me worried I will not be 'able to make it in time' and secondly I am not in complete resonance about the facts about the people who will stay in the lower dimension (not that my opinion matters).

Personally my ego is annoyed with the people who will not accept anything other than their old beliefs and especially the ones who mock and make fun of spiritual and open minded people, but deeper I can't help but feel it is not their fault. I used to be an atheist myself thinking people who believed in God to be of lower intelligence (well, depends what you call God). Though I believe I have come a long way since them, I can't blame myself for my past beliefs. One can be as aware as he can be right? Most of us aren't really awake, we are all asleep and I feel it can be hard to wake up from a deep dream. Anyway, I just feel it's a bit cruel leaving these people in the lower dimension just because they don't know any better. It's not so much because I'm afraid I will be in the lower dimensional group...in fact I doubt that, but I have people including family members who are very blind and in denial and it saddens me to think about their future. It is said God is nothing but good, while I always thought the universe is neutral, and this further proves my point. If God is nothing but good, shouldn't these people be guided instead of thrown into hell?

The Cosmic Lawyers have opened their briefcases and have cleared their throats. Or are tuning their throat chakras.

A person's "beliefs" are their own free will. "Denial" is a choice. Each and every person who ever came onto earth has been contacted and offered choices. If bad choices have taken them down a road so irrevokably, they would be retrieved by Universal default. (I know such a provision exists). Otherwise, under very close scrutiny, you will find each person IS responsible for their choices. "God" honors this free will. In the worst cases, it is "God" who retrieves a person from their own horrible choices. Alphamind, please understand clearly, I am an alcoholic in successful recovery, a testimony to just such retrievals.

Of all human history, only in the past 80 years has a successful recovery from alcoholism been possible. It is a spiritually-based program that does not include medications. It is by following a spiritual protocol specifically designed for reteival from one's own irretrievable condition.

My recovery still remains a stunning miracle in my life. My ascension would not have been possible without sobriety. Once considering myself the lowest-of-low, my present condition is an example of what the universe can accomplish with cooperation from us.

In my life, Love HAS prevailed.

A lot of websites about 'star seeds' were virtually the same give or take a few words, which really only went into identifying traits of a star seed being. I wanted an explanation into the what and how.....and there was only one website which gave a different perspective.

According to those "In the know" (within the spiritual community), "We" (spiritually developed beings of light - Star Seeds) originally came from the Central Sun around which this, and our sister Universe revolves. When a Universe becomes fully enlightened, that is to say that all of its life forms have successfully transcended the "Unconscious" stage of development, it receives a name.

Our sister Universe is fully enlightened, and she has been named the "Dahl Universe". Our Universe has not finished its transcendence process yet, and therefore it is still known as a "Karmic Universe". After we, as Star Seeds, finished our spiritual path in the Dahl Universe, we decided that Creation would be best served by our talents through our joint assistance in this Karmic Universe.

We first entered this Universe and began settling here in the Lyran Star System (all beings are fully enlightened in the Lyran System). We then traveled throughout this Universe, and most of us ended up either in the Orion, Sirius or Pleadian Star Systems. We originally began this "Earth Experiment" there. We however did not succeed, and we ended up blowing up the planet (the original planet named Earth). We did this again and again until we came here to establish yet another Earth Experiment. This is our fourth try at it. We just can't all seem to get along very well so far, but with God's Grace we shall overcome this time.

There are 12 Stellar Portals (doorways, also known in the scientific community as "Worm Holes") in this Universe through which we have traveled (in spirit form) to get here.

Star Seeds originally came to this Earth School in order to assist in elevating its consciousness, and vibratory rate. In order to accomplish this extraordinary feat, we had to incarnate in the same manner as did the indigenous people of this planet in order that we fit-in, and get to know them from their perspective. Then again, even the indigenous people of Earth have come from many other solar systems - star systems (spiritually). They are all on their respective paths through their own enlightenment processes.

Each race has a separate group consciousness. This Earth School is a conglomerate of multiple levels of spiritual consciousness within each race, and multiple races within each society, and multiple societies within the Global Community of Humans. This is a communal study which we have chosen to undergo for the embetterment of this entire Universe as a whole. We have attempted this experiment three times in the past without success. Hopefully four is our lucky number.

This information would not be readily accepted even ten years ago by the general public, and you may still have some reservations as to its validity. When Star Seeds first begin to awaken they are usually still greatly impacted by their Human Fear-Based Programming, and it therefore takes a while before they are ready, and able to integrate higher levels of consciousness into their being. This thereby displaces the lower fear-based Earth reality. Star Seeds have been incarnating on Earth for many thousands of years now.

The reason that this process has taken so long is that you can not merely take a low level of consciousness, shift it, and turn it into a high consciousness without a large displacement as a "By-Product" (emotions, fears, anger, ignorance, violence etc.), and more importantly the experience of that displaced by-product which rises to the surface. When you are going through a Spiritual Growth Period, or an Energy Shift, you have to integrate that shift fully before proceeding onto the next level/stage of your path. The exact same thing is true for Humanity as a whole. You couldn't exactly bring thousands of fully enlightened beings here to Earth and expect that the indigenous people would just accept them, and be able to raise their own consciousness through mere example. It simply does not work that way.

The Star Seeds had to incarnate in order to inter-marry, and thereby allow the next generation of Earth Beings to carry a portion of that Genome in their DNA coding. This slow and tedious process has continued along for what seems like an eternity. In order for these Star Seeds to incarnate in the first place, they had to undergo a level of "Unconsciousness" voluntarily. In the early stages of this process, their enlightened knowingness was not needed in order to progress the masses. It was only their DNA that had to be carried down-stream until finally one day we arrived at a place where the entire world's consciousness would be elevated enough so that they could finally begin to awaken to their true selves, and regain their knowingness.

Rezzy (and others): PLEASE allay your fears about "missing" the ascension - no one has missed anything. Each of us has an "earth-timing", and we will ascend as is appropriate for us. I sense that those with the "I missed ascension" worries are thinking in a peer-pressure mode. Ascension is not a peer-pressure event: it is pretty much Family growth. And your degree of ascension is not a status symbol, either. All these modern-day socio-economic thought-processes are what you need to lay down and discard, when it comes to spiritual understanding. While you're looking out at others and worrying about "missing something", what you're missing is lovingly embracing your own, unique heart. THAT'S all you need, the rest will follow as you need it.

It was born more out of frustration really! receiving snippets of information here and there was leaving me baffled, in not having the full picture. The information I finally found on 'star seeds' gave a concise, overall summary, which has now given me a fuller understanding on the subject. In regarding diet: I was advised a few years ago (by guides) to avoid food that was more than three times changed from it's original form. I'll leave that up to you to discern, but certainly sausage is far removed from its original form.

The link above (not the sausage link the Orion link! ) points out many good things to be aware of. Chemicals and additives are being used in greater amounts and indeed clog the digestive system. Those who know fluoride is bad for the pineal should not be surprised that other chemicals are added for erosion of the body's ability to fight specific viruses and chemical~emotional responses, and block natural light.

A reminder that humor is a very important anti-depressant, dislodges impacted energies, improves circulation, helps the digestive process and is just plain ol' fun. Intelligent people can joke and play: your ascension is not defined by a mood of consistant seriousness. In fact, during certain energy upheavals, laughter is the best medicine...thus prompting the nice little saying:

Those practicing the visualization of their chakras rotating clockwise while conducting Infinity Breath have been instructed to inhale Adamantine particles of Light, and exhale "Love"-the processed Adamantine. AA Michael says that the exhale should be in an infinity sign (Mobeus strip) and other practices have recommended that the breath blow over the chakras...as if to make them spin.

The spinning of the chakras, themselves, are energy vortexes bringing energy in towards the spine.

As you exhale Love over your chakras, the love energy therefore enters your chakras, back into you.

This is the premise of the regenerating cells our light bodies are evolving toward. Manufacturing cells from food will be dramatically reduced after ascension, as we become "self-regenerating with Love and Light". I understand the importance of the breathing practices much more, now.
