Since I've been off the Pavlina forums for some time, I see lots of threads grasping at what has happened in the past three months. It is easily explained by Chaotic Nodes, energy disruptions: they are being transmitted by both Earth and the sun. This is a cosmic event that was expected and talked about extensively, but many were too busy posting "LOL!" on Facebook to have had the continuity to get through them relatively unscathed. Now many are scrambling for spiritual answers and this makes them vulnerable to the many predator Energy Vampires and Elmer Gantry's of this world. Discernment is a good tool to have.



Since the ascension cycle began, we have been instructed to deal with our own impacted energies. And we are to do this with dedication ("Half Measures Availed Us Nothing"), relentlessness and no fear.



No matter how far you've gone in the wrong direction, turn back.



This particular Ascension cycle we're experiencing does not demand you morph into a conventional Christian, nor does it require Zen practices: in workingwithin your own mind and soul, you'll see what it is you want from this lifetime. Zen might be bad for some people. Yoga could be the wrong avenue for you. One thing is for sure: masturbating will NOT cause you to go blind, trying on clothes (even if they're your wifes') doesn't mean you're THAT fabric, and going on the same ride at the fair several times won't make you any less enlightened.



It's a matter of personal choice. We each are given a seat in this Ascension, and what we do with it is neither right nor wrong. It WILL dictate where we come out, so the best advice is to keep an eye on where you'll end up. And take the best bus suited for you...which might be walking. It might be hang gliding. It might be sitting in a Lotus position.



Each of us sees the universe from a unique perspective, and each one of those views is valid...from that position. There IS One view that is the base structure for All, and as long as you respect that, eternity is open for whatever you choose to do, so long as you play by the established GuideLines.



At present, we're experiencing a lull in the Chaotic Node we just went through. Lots of people got very shaken by it, and in fact many deaths can be attributed to it. Buckle up: before we arrive at 12/12/12, there are several more Chaotic Nodes to endure. Make good choices, ask good questions, and share openly: part of what Chaotic Nodes do is to shatter falsehoods and impacted energies, providing the opportunity to change our views for those more calibrated to Truth.

I don't get something...

What is different about conscious effort towards ascension and global/mass ascension? The thread is titled "Earth ascension" -- isn't that implying that all beings on Earth will ascend? If that is so, why is it important to choose a side if everybody is going to ascend anyway? I see the benefits of deliberate ascension; everyone being at their own unique path, it's a given that not everyone will all of a sudden be given the same path simply becomes Gaia's vibration shifted.

But I couldn't help but notice your post over at pavlina, Roy, saying that we CAN choose to not ascend and stick with a more... human type of thinking. If we're heading towards the Golden Age now, what would be different with those who don't choose to ascend?

What is ascension anyway? If I had to guess, I would guess one path would still have beings (humans) living a more positive life, with less suffering, love, prosperity, etc, while the people who chose to ascend would live a more spiritual life and eventually ascend into more advanced beings, leaving the physical plane.

But since these are only guesses, any clarification or information regarding this would be much appreciated.

Your guesses are pretty much accurate. There are countless articles written on the topic, and I can offer an outline of what the reliable ones convey.

First, the Earth, Herself (Gaea) is shifting her vibrational energies to a higher rate. This affects every living thing on the planet, because She's emanating this shifting energy, and it passes through us, affecting our own cellular vibrational rate. This is the primary signature of this ascension. It allows us to also raise our vibrational frequency in time/harmony/alignment with Earth's. (It isn't just earth whose energy levels are changing, it's the whole solar system, and some will go on to say it's this whole sector of the universe).
So Earth Ascension is the changing of energy patterns which affect life itself. Ponder that we are physically 100% from the earth and Her water. This in conjunction with the Sun, without which we'd have no life because there'd be no life-sustaining temperature nor any food growing for us.

Secondly, this is a point in a huge cosmic cycle where we are given the free will opportunity to evolve our own thinking, insight and spiritual growth because the energies are conducive to it. To those who will not recognise this, the Ascension energies are STILL affecting them, but they are neither working with those energies or interested in evolving. (This is likely what the Tower Of Babbel story is based upon...the two factions not understanding each other).

Third, this energy event is also conducive to addressing impacted energies, unresolved issues and old ghosts we've created/ dealt with for lifetimes which, as many know, make our cognizance sharper because we're not being encumbered by nagging old thoughts, which are based in the impacted energies.

Alphamind, what you're doing is exactly what the ascension is about. Many of us notice the difference of clarity when we stop using dysfunctional thought processes to "get what we want"..."get what we want" is dictated by the lower chakras, the commercial influences of society and often simply diversions we've created to avoid spiritual responsibility.

So, "shifting energies" means the energies we once thought eternally consistant are actually changing, just like the planet is changing in temperature, spin, orbit etc.. This, alone, busts up old patterns...patterns which no longer serve anyone or anything (except the New World Order agenda, but they're in for a surprise).
The conscious effort vs. the sheeple is: ascendants are surfing the wave, sheeple are being swept away by a tsunami unable to swim. It's the same wave, the difference is how you acknowledge it and hook up with it.

For myself, although the Ascension has made tremendous difficulties in many areas, I see how efficiently it has shaken my impacted energies up and made them easier to process and dismiss. When that negative energy is purged, I have more clear room to take on God stuff...understand Christed teachings and such. It also has triggered specific human DNA upgrades which accommodate higher receptors we have but were sitting dormant (much like a catalyst prompts a chemical reaction).

So you have people wandering about, complaining about some physical annoyance which is actually related to this ascension, but they go to the doctor. The doctor uses mainstream medicine and thinking to address the problem. The problem doesn't go away, of course, but the medical industry doesn't care: they're making money.

Many of us know to "keep it simple", and indeed there are many "answers" we don't need, right now: those answers will arrive when the time is perfect to frame them with good illustration. I'm reminded of this by posting your answer, so thanks, Mike, for asking. I, too, need to review the ascension process, purpose and method to remind myself of Its intention, but also my progress so far...which is pretty stunning, from where I came from.

Those choosing to ignore Ascension will remain in a 3rd dimensional reality. If you start remembering your past lives, you'll see we've all done the same thing: we probably ALL laughed at Noah, threw rocks at Jesus and saluted Hitler. That's not a judgement call, that's pointing out that we cannot assume a sanctimonious holier-than-thou attitude because we've ALL done stupid ♥♥♥♥. BUT...we didn't know THEN what we know NOW, and this may be one of the hardest obstacles for us to overcome.

My "Christmas" postings convey how ♥♥♥♥ing annoying it is to see Jesus' teachings and life diminished to SpongeBob Squarepants marketing, when in fact He appeared to share the higher reality and how to get there. He was murdered for disrupting the status quo, and they've been flaunting their dirty deed ever since, Christmas included.

The crux of what reliable spiritual avenues tells us is: that everything we need to navigate the universe and multi-verses is literally built into us, in the pineal gland and chakras, our mind and for the physical journey, our brains. There are also "downloads" we get if our hearts and minds are open to them. Activating those facilities is done by the Christed teachings. Ascension assists in that activation process.
The true Christed teachings mean you don't need ONE THING from Corporate America and its affiliates, and this is why they attack the Light relentlessly. Why they've been successful is another topic. How they fail is a secret we shouldn't let on, but part of their failure is in the people who continue the Christed path regardless of peer pressure, addictions to mainstream merchandise and a barrage of centuries-old outright lies.

A difficulty some are having is male/female energy shifting.

Many males are discovering a gentler side of themselves, and this seems to be in conflict with social engineering. Contrary: this is exactly the desired outcome.

Those males struggling with this transformation are assured that integrating female energy is not only acceptable, you won't get far until you do. The male role has been changing for quite some time, as we take on a new purpose. To balance out the Earth's heavy-sided duality, female energies are assuming their equal and appropriate areas. Neanderthals hate this transformation, because it seems to indicate some loss of control over the world.

Note to Neanderthals: look what your leadership has gotten us. "Ascension" means "you're fired!".

While being gay and/or transgendered is a step in that direction, it is not necessarily the right direction...but many need that transition for their own personal experience, and to contend with their own feelings/energies as they ascend.

That tapping sound is the hammer hitting the nail on the head Roy. With the intergration of both energies comes more opportunities to embrace the feminine both exteriorly and interiorly. I have never really struggled to resist this as half decent male role models were thin on the ground so I tended to admire the qualities of woman. However I did consciosly choose very male occupations to create a balance eg carpentry / building. For mine it is simply leading to spirit in the human form without the baggage of heavy gender assignments. Having said that it is still a work in progress. I appreciate your post.

Like everything else, this coming together will likely be an ongoing unfolding process throughout 2012, so if your not sensing these connections yet you have plenty of “time”…whatever time means now. The sisters say that there will be a blossoming of new relationships and openings to expand beyond what is currently known, as well as a deepening of existing soul-relationships. If I am understanding this correctly, the physicalization phase and embodiment phase are simultaneous happenings…the overall period of time allotted for our ascension to become physically realized…a process that has already begun and includes the physical manifestations and applications of our wildest dreams & deepest desires…desires which stem from achieving our highest potential in LOVE.

In other words, for those capable of embodying the frequency of universal LOVE, 2012 will be about mastery of the physical domain, of physical matter…including our biology. We will be learning all kinds of new things including how to co-create with the forces of the universe thru the gateway of our magnetic (high) heart. (much more on this to come in the new year)

*NOTE: Feels important to state here that contrary to what some be-lie-ve, biological ascension is not a one-time event…it is an ongoing series of purifying waves of Source energy that spur a succession of genetic activations and advancements that lead to the embodiment of divine LOVE…a frequency that those at the forefront have been tuning into, aligning with & integrating for many, many years. We are beginning to embody our divinity, yes, and we are learning how to harness/direct our physical energy like masters, sure…but keep in mind that every-single-cell of our biology, and the DNA contained within those cells, is changing in radical ways to adapt to our new level programming…which is just a long way of saying that time and space are required for transfiguration in the physical world. The physics of the 3D physic-al realm governs the world of form and is by far the most dense, the least malleable, and therefore the slowest and last to change. Unfortunately, this incremental process is what it means to “bring our bodies with us” thru our ascension into 5D. Granted, physical death may be the faster route, but its not the one we signed up for. We’re on the slow train to heaven…and with lots of local stops.

I know I say this often, but there is a lot of misconception about what is physic-ally taking place within our bodies and what we should expect. This evolutionary process that we call ascension is a VERY biological one, which is why I continually draw the focus to our physical bodies in these updates. The Pleiadians add that these misconceptions are perpetuated by those who think that ascension is merely a spiritual quest…which is not only inaccurate, it’s barely scratching the surface of what’s actually entailed to truly morph our flesh into christed-beings.

Because we feel unwell does not mean that we failed at our ascension, it means that we are mutating, kicking up emotional & cellular debris, dropping density, and become more refined. Again, a p r o c e s s. It’s all leading somewhere…the destination is embodied LOVE…but we don’t just wake up this way one day on the other side of a stargate portal…we eeeeease into it. The stargates are ongoing and consecutive for a reason, each one opens us up to the “potential” to take the next, deeper step into LOVE. How could it be any other way?

I now understand this feeling to be the “transference” process that the Pleiadian High Council referred to in the last update… which they define as the transfer of Source intelligence (the frequency of LOVE) to our cells…a feeling that is ultimately generated from the (high) heart center. According to the PHC, this is this feeling sensation that is actually transforming the body into light.

Wow, SCG!!! How wonderful to see you return, and how awsome of you to resurrect this thread!

This thread isn't as informative as when Kali (Laks) was here...I haven't heard from her except some reports from Facebook that she's having a tough go of it. Her nutritional insights were so beneficial...still are.

I've been doing well. The Chaotic Nodes are essentially Energy Events. They originate from the Earth, Herself, and the sun...as well as cosmic energies. As I've described them before, they are a lot like the sonic shattering of gall stones: our impacted energies are busted up, and we are left to contend with them in positive ways, or ignore them, and allow them to reassemble in perhaps worse ways. Mother Earth is conducting Her own "self-help" addressing of Her impacted energies. Clearing these energies has been the instruction we've all received for easily the past 10 years. I continue this work, myself, and like so many others, have found it necessary to periodically walk away and breathe.

The Chaotic Nodes, then, are disruptive (to stagnant energies) events which help clear the way to the Shift, 2012 and the ascension process of those who are ready to graduate to higher being. We have been advised that they will become more frequent, and indeed we see much Chaos increasing around us and within us.

My own ascension process at present involves a fearless and searching inventory of my heart, mind, and physical house...purging unwanted items and thought processes. This clearing makes room for the higher insights to dwell..."The Vessel Of God" we hear so much about.

We can view catastrophic events as the title-block for each chaotic node. The Japan Tsunami is the Node which my mother's death was a part of. The Virginia earthquake signifies a close death here in my hometown. We're at a point where we can actually make a chart of these events, and see the intensity of them increasing.

I've totally relapsed and bought a dozen chocolate-covered donuts. GOD forgive me as I mumphfrippen**glumpmeeffrump a wupher mowfffful off cwumbs.

This thread isn't as informative as when Kali (Laks) was here...I haven't heard from her except some reports from Facebook that she's having a tough go of it. Her nutritional insights were so beneficial...still are.

I've been doing well. The Chaotic Nodes are essentially Energy Events. They originate from the Earth, Herself, and the sun...as well as cosmic energies. As I've described them before, they are a lot like the sonic shattering of gall stones: our impacted energies are busted up, and we are left to contend with them in positive ways, or ignore them, and allow them to reassemble in perhaps worse ways. Mother Earth is conducting Her own "self-help" addressing of Her impacted energies. Clearing these energies has been the instruction we've all received for easily the past 10 years. I continue this work, myself, and like so many others, have found it necessary to periodically walk away and breathe.

The Chaotic Nodes, then, are disruptive (to stagnant energies) events which help clear the way to the Shift, 2012 and the ascension process of those who are ready to graduate to higher being. We have been advised that they will become more frequent, and indeed we see much Chaos increasing around us and within us.

My own ascension process at present involves a fearless and searching inventory of my heart, mind, and physical house...purging unwanted items and thought processes. This clearing makes room for the higher insights to dwell..."The Vessel Of God" we hear so much about.

We can view catastrophic events as the title-block for each chaotic node. The Japan Tsunami is the Node which my mother's death was a part of. The Virginia earthquake signifies a close death here in my hometown. We're at a point where we can actually make a chart of these events, and see the intensity of them increasing.

I've totally relapsed and bought a dozen chocolate-covered donuts. GOD forgive me as I mumphfrippen**glumpmeeffrump a wupher mowfffful off cwumbs.

Ahhhh so much of that resonates with me! Especially the part about walking away and needing to breathe... nice to hear someone else say it, I feel more validated that way for some reason. I also strongly resonate with "a fearless and searching inventory of my heart, mind, and physical house...purging unwanted items and thought processes." Couldn't have said it better myself. It's amazing how when you realize you're stuck in those unwanted thought processes, you see how just *pervasive* they are in your life! And then you have this fear about what will be left if you let them go. Good old fear of non-existence.

As we let go of these negativities and are able to see them for what they are, don't be surprised if you feel a resurgence almost immediately after. Do not be discouraged. I've found that when you're able to identify the negativity, it can 'fight back' -- ego has a survival instinct. After I made some huge discoveries about the source of my own discordant energies, I'm still having some hiccups. Ascension is a process, not a one time event, so be prepared to keep working.

Out on my website are many reports of (I'm putting this nicely) 'subsiding from the process' temporarily. It has been QUITE necessary for us all to get away from the rigid focus of ascension, because we were ignoring life in the here and now, which...in my defense...justifies those donuts. I had also been instructed to enjoy the things I love, now, while I can. I understood this completely: the things we've come to love are due to the process we have for..uh..processing them. There will come a time of physical change in which those things will not satisfy, and in some cases, prove detrimental to some degree, because the process will have changed. This perfectly in line with what we're used to in normal human growth: our tastes change every 7 years.

Diet has been a concern of ascendants and non-ascendants alike. Laks offered some great insights for dietary intake, and my reliable nutritionist reminds me that we need not avoid fats and animal products altogether: it's a matter of how those products are produced and processed. Many animal fats and proteins are beneficial to us, but it is important to ingest free-range products, and avoid stuff that is 3 times or more away from its original form. The chemicals of animal feed, the intention of the processing of animals (factory farming neglect) and the further processing involving by-products, hormones etc affect us directly, and not just physically. it is, after all, an energy exchange.

It might be a good suggestion to give up foods you know are bad when they no longer satisfy you, as opposed to trying to be a good child and avoid them prematurely. Remember: our old systems are not completely changed, and some elements are still necessary for system maintenance.

An interesting note about the diet thing: the distinction is natural foods, which the Creator designed for our systems, as opposed to Man's food, which reflects his need to meddle, discount the Universe's wisdom, and make a profit on the things that we would freely receive otherwise.

It is the same with our visual intake: an hour of sunlight with a walk in nature, or an hour of "LOL!" on Facebook behind a computer screen?

Garbage in, garbage out.

Our bodies are designed to "run" on unleaded fuel. Many of our natural immune systems and healing facilities have been seriously comprimised by the Medical Industry. To the point, in fact, that many people cannot return to a natural healing regime, because of the damage a lifetime of medication has caused.

But...we have PILLS for that.

Many common ailments...serious ones, too...are easily balanced out by a sensible diet, and the knowledge of HOW the human body operates, and what foods / herbs/ practices are designed for correction.

When God created us, EVERYTHING was taken into consideration, and provided for us. "New and improved" products only end up vindicating Soloman:

"There is nothing new under the sun."

In other words, industry, corporations and marketing cannot improve what was perfect to begin with.

What happened, and how is it a perfect example?

The epicenter (Steve and some of his moderators) sent out a shock wave that disrupted virtually every "normal" function of the forum. In very short order, the shock waves were being transmitted (someone PM'd me and brought it to my attention)to every member of the forum. Whatever EVERY MEMBER OF THIS FORUM was doing came to a halt because the Chaotic Node threatened their very "normal" behavior. What happened then was a dislodging of impacted energies, deceptive energies, and an exposure of the real foundation. Many illusions were stripped away. The next phase was everyone's reaction to the Chaotic Event. As you see, everyone had an immediate reaction, but as the dislodged energies were exposed for all to see, very soon people had to make choices outside of their comfortable "normal". And indeed: this Chaotic Event left absolute change for every member of the forum, bar none.

As I pointed out elsewhere, this is merely a microcosm of the larger whole, and you see the changes it initiated. NOTHING WILL BE THE SAME, which is the intention or purpose of the Chaotic Node.

This Chaotic Event forced people to make choices they would not have made elsewise, but as you see, every member now has a new direction in which to seek, and the stagnating and stagNATION was abruptly terminated.

Please note I have not pointed accusing fingers nor mentioned names in regards to blame, fault or liability, because that is a moot point, now: YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE CHANGES. If you see a little preview of the coming dimension shift, good. Because what we witnessed in the aftermath of the Pavlina Chaotic Event was a lot of people trying to put back together their "normal", to restructure their belief systems, and to plead for "the good old days"...but it is impossible, because even the best leveled "blame" doesn't change the results. And the Chaotic Event occurred because change was necessary. Things could no longer continue as "normal".

Smart ascendants should find a whole lot of hope in this illustration: the exposure of the Illumiatti comes to mind.

The Original Cluster of Light (visualise a ball of Light), by the same need for change, began to expand outward in increasingly fragmented pieces. I do not mean to imply "Big Bang", but rather a necessary expansion of Light particles. Each of us IS one of those particles, originating from that One Cluster Of Light. Those you seem to resonate with or who feel familiar are the Light fractions that were clustered next to you in the Beginning.

Consider this forum to be the Cluster Of Light, and now we all expand outward on our own, individual journeys. We will never congregate in the same form from which we originated...the necessity for Change dictates that...and we see a variety of reactions to this expanding: some wanting to stay clustered, some looking outward to their own journey. Each having an opinion and view of the Event.

Therefore each of them VALID.

And indeed, those of us taking Ascension seriously have been practicing going into the Unknown, while others cling to the familiar. Some even demand nearby fragments to re-assemble in order for them to have that "familiar. This grabbing of fragments is identical to the behavior of the free radical.

From here there is no sure-footed road map that offers you security on your terms: you either begin to learn the Universal Ways or you continue in a self-perceived Lonliness until such time as your Awareness "gets It". No one gets left behind. We DO congregate periodically. It is here I can only speculate that a regrouping occurs in such a manner as to form the dount universe. This probably leads to a re-clustering of the Light, but in a different order. Then the Cycle starts anew, thus creating the very PULSE of Life. This suggests that over the course of Eternity, we have all been "next to" one another at some time, or eventually will be.
