Default need help with ho'oponopono

I read the book Zero Limits a couple years ago and learned about ho'oponopono. I was left with numerous questions about how to use it but none the less I began chanting the mantra in my head over and over. Keep up with the mantra is very hard.I eventually started to forget to do it and eventually stopped doing it alltogether.I never noticed any significant results form repeating the mantra.

I am one who has tried numerous methods of clearing myself,never finding anything that has really helped or shown me it works.I do however want to give this ho"oponopono another try.I am in serious debt and straped with stress and fear.I have 2 credit cards in arbitration,need to file bankruptcy and lots of scary decisions to make.

Without really focusing on any particular issue I have begun to repeat the mantra n my head as often as I remember to.In the past I focused on the emotion and fear Ifelt and chanted the manta in my head and it never helped me.Im not sure if I gave up too quick. The longest Ihave ever managed to repeat the manta was off and on for about a week. Am I supposed to focus on what I want to clear or just say the mantra wihtout focusing on anyhting in particular?

What am i supposed to be doing mentally while repeating the mantra. Im simply repeating I Love you,Im sorry,please forgive me and thank you over and over as often as i can each day. It has been 2 days so far and im doing pretty good but don;t feel fearless yet concerning my finances.These lawsuits are really scary! I couod sure use any advice about how to do this right and would love to hear from people who have had succes clearing issues with ho"oponopono.

I noticed the best results when I keep my mind on something that causes me emotional discomfort.

I keep repeating it over and over again until the emotional discomfort goes away.

Thanks for your help.How long have you found you have to repeat the mantra while focusing on your discomfort before the ho'oponopono clears it or you feel no more discomfort?

I remember when I first finished the book and was trying the manta I did in fact foucus on my emotional discomfort and after a week it never improved.I do recall having moments of lightness amongst the discomfort but the discomfort never lifted and i eventually gave up thinking I must be doing something wrong or it would not work for me.

I am determined to give this at least 2 weeks this time and im on my second day. I did very well repeating the mantra today.I did have times were other thoughts consumed my mind but always went back to the mantra.I suffer from chronic back pain and am hoping to heal this as well as my finances and all the fear and discomfort I feel around debt. Im looking for a cd I can play that will repeat the mantra while I sleep.Im gonna give this my all.

Good question. I wondered about it too. How do you know when something is cleaned? You don't. so you go on cleaning. As Dr Hew Len say, you only have one choice, to clean or not to clean.
