Need help with Throat Chakra

Hello. I really would like some help with my throat chakra. I have to keep burping. It's like a never ending supply of gas. I know the throat chakra is my strong point and I'm guessing that's why this is happening, I need to work on it. I just would really like some help on how to clear it up. It's been about a year since these burps and I'm already almost 4 months into my dark night of the soul. The dark night is depressing at times but I know I'll get through it I just need some guidance that's all. Some help would really be appreceiated.

I am not sure if your Throat Chakra is the thing causing your burping. Your Throat Chakra is concerned with communication skills, whether that be to physical or ethereal beings, and the mastery thereof. I do not believe your Throat Chakra can cause you to burp...
In any case burping may be the result of one of two things; firstly that you are eating foods causing to much gas build-up, and its therefore re-tracing its route back through the oesophagus. Or that you are breathing in too much oxygen when you eat food (almost like when you slurp noodles, the air pressure makes you burp). Therefore research what foods may be causing this additional stream of gas, and also stop slurping/eating with your mouth open.

If it is your Throat Chakra at play, then I may suggest that you concentrate on firstly opening and then cleansing your chakras, and specifically work on calming your Throat Chakra's energy into a state of normalcy. There is much already written on these topic in Erin Pavlina's blog, and also in the Psychic/Paranormal sections. Research further there.

Take some mylanta for the burping. I had that too. The mylanta will help release the gases that aren't getting processed or released in any other way. Do u take much panadol? Cause that's wat caused mine.

Could I ask, what makes you so sure you are going through the dark night of the soul?

Maybe you are misdiagnosing due to inexperience. Maybe not, but Ur posts seemed a bit young to the spiritual... Etc

Ok, so I figured out that the burping has to do with a past life where I was hung and it's like truama manifesting itself.

I'm was told it's like my throat is a pipe and the repressed anger has to come out first for the pipe to be cleaned. So in that case, I've been letting out my anger more in private. (screaming etc.)

I was told it's like I have a lot to say and my voice wants to come out. I just feel like who would want to listen to what I have to say anyways? Besides, maybe one friend, most people just care about irrelevant things in the location where I am. I guess I could try and speak up more but I feel like if people aren't gonna care what's the point. Hmm, maybe it's better just to speak up anyways...

On another note, I went to a shaman and it's easier to breathe now, but the burping still isn't gone yet.

Help! I feel like i have indigestion/ some anxiety in lower abdomen area and burping issues in throat chakra area. Need advice on what to do.
