I'm horrible at saying goodbye...

I'm graduating and I won't see most of these people again, even if I see these people again, it probably won't be in this life so its almost like death. Some of them I'm close to. I'm a guy and I have a horrible, horrible time fighting against tears, and I found the root cause being that I just can't reconcile the incredible and unforgivable unfairness God made. Why couldn't he freaking leave out all the bad parts??

How do I reconcile spiritual centeredness with the absurdness and bull**** of the universe?

The best answer this fellow ending-hater has been able to come up with in his own life? Old stories have to end to make room for new ones... Still, what makes you so certain you'll never see any of them again?

Hi theuprising -
Perhaps so we could appreciate the good? We are a place of duality - one helps us appreciate the other (dark/light, happy/sad,etc).

Can you instead turn it around to say/think how grateful you are for the time you had with these people, and look forward to getting together with them later? And how interesting it will be then to see/hear what each had done with their lives from graduation until you see them again?

meh I'm fine now, writing this down so I don' forget. We all are given this life and this circumstance and the point of this incarnation is to live your life fully not worry about whether or not the world is set out correctly or settling, you can regroup with the ones you lost after death and rest but life is made for living.
