Great video! I'll share it with my friends. Until now, I'd never heard of this guy. I read his wiki and learned he died at 32 of cancer. So sad.

There is a great Bill Hicks documentary on-demand, depending on your cable provider, called "American: The Life of Bill Hicks" (or something to that extent). I've seen it and it's amazing, I highly reccommend it to all you Hicks fans

I've known about this guy for like 8 years and he is amazing, although he's dead now. He changed stand-up comedy and also made us laugh for almost 2 decades from when he started and he is a comedy legend. That was one of his most life-affirming philosophies, and he had much more to say, although some of it was not very palatable. But it was funny and dark, and truly showed he was a true artist and poet.

Bill Hicks is awesome...he was more than just a comedian.

Imagine if he was still around today; he wouldn't be short on material with the current state of affairs lol

My favourite bit of his is on the Sane Man DVD where he's buzz-sawing Debbie Gibson in half with Jimmi Hendrix's phallus
