The moment you believe in God, in a thing outside of yourself that is not you, call it the universe, God, Whatever, you are completely screwed.

God, Universe, collective consciousness, etc.

You will never have a life until you accept complete responsibility for everything.

You're right. We have to take complete responsibility for ourselves, our actions and our lives.

We have free will.

But what does that have to do with God?

You must admit there are things we have absolutely no control over. Things beyond our comprehension and ability to grasp. Things we didn't create or have any role in creating.

One thing I am struggling with is trying to comprhend the co-existance of destiny and free-will. Its a tricky one. I don't think God has direct control...but I thinkif there was a universal force it would just let us get on wih it

Well, from what I can see there is nothing outside yourself. I am. Here, there you, me, this, that are all one. Therefore, we are all god, I am god. I am one with everything and yet I am. So, my point, God is not outside yourself since self is everything.

Everything is perfectly, exactly as it should be. You have asked for everything you are experiencing. Learning from it an progressing is possibly the key.
