We all have seven major chakras in our body. These are the root chakra, navel, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. Some are over active and some are under active, and this makes all the difference in how we act and do things during our every day life. Psychic Boom - Email Psychic Readings, Live Psychic Readings, Auras and Chakras has lots of info on auras and chakras and how to balance, cleanse and open them.

Hi Psychicboom, I have read up on Chakra's however I've never fully been able to complete a Chakra meditation as I have a hard time fully entering a meditative state and remembering each chakra, their color and the process I should follow whilst trying to open them, cleanse them and then re-close them. I tend to forget them. I'm sure I will learn in time but for those of us trying to nail down this practice, what would you suggest when it comes to starting out on this journey? In the event, we are having a hard time remembering each chakra while in a meditative state, which ones would you suggest focusing on first? I'd love to finally be able to complete a full Chakra cleansing meditation as I'm sure it could bring some wonderful benefits. It's a matter of getting there that I need to work on! I've thought of taking a meditation course as I think that will assist me in fully entering meditation and actually staying in the moment. When I meditate, I am in a deep state for a maximum of only 10-15 minutes and when visuals are at their clearest, I usually immediatly watch them fade and I am suddenly back to contiousness. I definently have to work on holding my visuals. |
