I've decided to share this story because I see so many people getting hung up on technique and technicalities and missing the experiences that cement beliefs.
First I want to say that I've always considered myself sexually conservative. I prefer monogamous relationships based on trust and honesty.
A few yrs ago I found myself in an unexpected relationship with a man a few yrs younger. We had formed a strong friendship through a mutual interest in spiritual and psychic matters. We had different future plans but were in no hurry to get there and decided to enjoy our friendship further. I guess we were both freewheeling and the openess/honesty we shared was healing for both of us.
We had both been solo travelers into other dimensions before we met and shared our different experiences, then soon found we could travel out together.
Anyone who done this alone knows the isolation of not being able to share. We challenged each other a lot at first on accuracy and detail until we learned to trust.
Within the realms of normal loving intimacy, the energy between us began to shift. Our bodies began to run rivers of reflecting colored light like molten lava. Over a period of 3-4 months the energy light expanded and fragmented until we were no longer separate bodies but moving streams of energy.
This didn't happen every time and we had no expectation of what it was or what would happen next. As the energy changed, time slowed down as if we'd fallen through the gaps in time.
Each time, we fragmented more until we were suspended in fragments of energy out in the universe, looking back at earth. It felt like we were out there for hours. We called them cosmic orgasms because the sensation was way beyond a physical one.
We had these experiences after eating fish and chips, sometimes sharing a glass of wine. The only thing I can think of that helped create it was possibly the fun, trust, openess, honesty we shared.
We parted 4 yrs ago and still stay in touch. I'd cherished this experience and had considered it unique until I experienced it quite unexpectedly earlier this year with someone new.
A Tantric Master on a local forum said what we experienced was Tantric Sex. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I rationalised afterwards that the key was being very open, trusting and comfortable together. Plus we were already exploring other frontiers together. But that theory was kind of floored when it happened with someone new who I hadn't established that with and is spiritually knowing but not very curious.
I have had other relationships since where there has been no connection like that. So I'm not really sure what the crucial ingredients are.
The Tantric Master I spoke said it takes a great deal of discipline, meditation, fasting and with holding to achieve which in all honesty to an undisciplined soul such as myself sounds awfully heady and loaded with mostly unfillfilled expectation from what I've gleaned. I'm sure someone will no doubt set me straight on that though.
The energy of the orgasm definately moves up the body through the chakra system and we exited with it through the crown charka because I was able to see it.

Sounds like a great experience! It wasn't tantric sex though, but who cares? Tantric sex teaches you to be present and fully conscious of what you are feeling, so that you are moving the energy throughout your body. There are specific ritual practices to help create a healing space...healing being a very fluid definition of what can occur during a tantric healing session. It doesn't appear from your description that it was anything like that...still seemed like a good trip

We were fully conscious at the same time. He'd watch e transfigure into an Egyptian Priestess. He'd trace the makeup lines around my eyes with his finger. He gradually over time morphed into a liquid white being with elongated arms and neck. The only facial features he had was a hole in the middle of his forehead. The liquid white energy would stream into and out of the hole and run over the edges of his outline. The being would expand and contract, elongate and reduce.
A couple of years ago I read Palden Jenkins and Phyliss Schlemer's 'The Only Planet of Choice.' Schlemer was a channel and the book is verbatum taken from some of her channelings to a select group. Apparently Gene Roddenbury, the directer of Star Trek was regular attendent at her groups and gleaned some of his ideas from her channelings. Schlemer marries evolution with seedings from more enlightened being from other realms that served to move humankind forward or speed up the evolutionary process. She talks about star beings seeding humans during early Egyptian times.
My thoughts were that perhaps we were reliving a past life experience.
