If everything God created was good, why are there Idols contestants?

In my humble opinion 'God created everything' means that God created all we see and experience such as the earth and everything in it and the stars and planets in space etc. Who or what created God is a mystery beyond our simple earthly comprehension.

Humans are intelligent but not perfect.

I don't know why you're always in a hurry. Only you can answer that one.

The great thing (for believers) about the bible is it can be interpreted however the believer wishes it to be interpreted. Thus something which makes no logical sense is explained away by saying it is not being correctly interpreted, or it is just a plain mystery. I don't think that the bible was necessarily written on purpose this way, rather the translations and the imprecise nature of language gets in the way. E.g. take the simple statement 'a fair world'. For some this means a world were if you work hard you are rewarded, for others this means a world where everyone gets the same pay.

If God is everthing that exists, and God has always existed (is eternal), then everything that always exists is also eternal.

Which would mean that God didn't "create" anything. Everything that you see and that exists IS God.

That is to say, this stuff has always been here and will always be here...it's just going to change shape/has changed shape.

It's easier to see this type of thing is you let go of the idea of linear based time. Linear based time is just a measure that we, as people, create as a way to measure increments of movement. Our current time model is based on the movement of celestial bodies. So, technically, the idea of "time" doesn't even exist as time is just our way of measuring movement and incrementing it in a way that we can use as a reference point.

So, if there is now such thing as "time," then that would mean that there is only ONE moment...a "now" moment that exists purely as what we experience as the "present" and that things like the past and future only exist as concepts in our heads, based on our linear model of time.

You are the one deciding what is stupid because you are subjective. What seems stupid for you may seem intelligent for another.

I never said I followed the Bible (perhaps I do and perhaps I don't) and my religious faith is something I wish to keep to myself (without wanting to appear rude). I consider myself to be spiritual and, oddly enough, I tend to believe in both creationism and evolution. I believe that a supreme being (God) created everything but that, over millennia, we have evolved on from that point of creation and are evolving still. Everything evolves. Even mankind's progress in terms of technology over the past few hundred years is a form of evolution in my opinion. In a time far from now I believe mankind will evolve into 'spirit' and that that is the 'grand design' or 'grand plan' of things.
This is what I believe. I'm not looking for argument or debate on any of this (just in case you're looking for it).

There is no evidence that humans are at all intelligent, they just believe they are.

You can go by snellen's model where it is unknown how many universes are out there (as new ones are created by blackholes), and thus there may have never been a "first" big bang, and its possible there are "infinite" universes out there, hence infinite alternate realities.

I guess this would also fit into the brahma hindu model, where there is a brahma that is born and dies periodically, and maybe our universe does that, with a big bang followed by a big crunch (theoretical).

Or heck maybe the christians are right and god made everything 4000 and so years ago, and all archeology countering that are lies planted there by God to weed out the disbelievers.

I would say that is pretty messed up of God to make earth look so old, then again if you are super sentient AI you need to entertain yourself somehow.

By the logic of casaulity, beginnings are illogical.

The idea of cause and effect, FORCES there to be a mystical explanation of how it "began".
