Archangel Michael's Monthly Messages

You find yourself withdrawing from social activities and events that were pleasurable in the past. Loud noises, crowds and boisterous activities disturb you, and you yearn for seclusion and perhaps, the serenity of nature. As your vibrational frequencies lift and become more harmonious, you will disengage from interaction with people, events and places that emit lower discordant frequencies. Also, gradually, you will have less and less in common with certain friends and relatives, especially those who are negative, judgmental and unkind to others.


You may have intense bursts of energy whereby you can hardly stay still, and sometimes you may feel so light inside that you barely feel your bodily form. At other times, you may feel so weighed down that you are almost sinking into the ground, and you may experience extreme fatigue. Your bodily form is going through an intense metamorphosis at an etheric and cellular level, and some of the transformational symptoms are not pleasant–especially for those who are existing in an older or somewhat debilitated bodily form.


As the Kundalini (Sacred Fire) begins to rise up your spinal column (the etheric tube of Light), you may experience times of intense inner heat, while your exterior body feels cold and even clammy. That is the reason why, initially, it is best to strive for a gradual release of the Kundalini Fire stored within the Root chakra at the base of the spine so that you may slowly integrate the higher frequencies of God Light. Faster and more is not necessarily better when you are in the midst of the transformational process of ascension.


For those in the early stages of the process, the integration of refined Light frequencies experience will not be overly dramatic. However, for those Star Seed who are well on their way within the ascension process and who have agreed to be World Servers, clearing the path for others, it can be a formidable and ongoing process as they integrate higher and higher frequencies of Light to share with others.


You may feel as though you are on an emotional roller coaster as you experience many emotional ups and downs. You are tapping into and releasing much impacted energy/discordant frequency patterns from a deep cellular level, and it is important to allow these feelings to come to the surface so they can be transmuted into refined Light substance. It is important that you learn to become an observer of what is occurring, and objectively view, process and rectify with loving patience and understanding that which is being revealed to you.


Your eating habits may change drastically. Whatever you choose to eat, follow your inner guidance and monitor how your body feels after you have ingested anything. Your Body Elemental or inner body intelligence is awakening, and if you will pay attention, it will direct you to the proper food and diet. Always remember, moderation in all things is the key.


You may have many strange aches and pains, for which there is no definitive diagnosis. There are many minor chakra and meridian points within the physical body. As the higher frequencies of Light try to flow throughout the body, they can meet resistance at these critical junctures which can cause discomfort. One of the most common areas of distress is in the area of the spinal column of the upper back, between the shoulder blades.


You may feel as though you are losing your mind or at least your memory. There are multi-dimensional levels within the brain, so as you lift your frequency patterns, the lower levels of the brain will gradually be refined. Therefore, you will no longer need or be able to access much of your negative past history as well as much of the trivia you have stored there. You will be gaining access to the higher levels of the brain where your Sacred Mind dwells. The unification between the Sacred Mind and the Sacred Heart is an integral part of the ascension process.


my own experience-sharing:

.Take no one's inventory but your own...your life focus needs to remain within the realm of your own thoughts, actions, feelings.
.Each task or thought needs to be completed before beginning a new one. Incomplete thoughts allow disruption of "files"...disruption of tasks allows diversions to take you off track, off focus. Practice the patience it requires to see all things through.
.Mind your own life path; do not try to assist anyone in accelerating knowledge, lot or influence. Look inward, not outward.
.Don't give secrets away. Observe your actions, words, and thoughts. Everyone else does!
.Don't strive to be liked...that requires energy. Work in the realm of Love. The ego wants to be liked - the soul needs to be loved.
.Don't explain things to God; He already knows.
.Avoid impossible tasking; it's what got you into this mess. Keep life simple, do what is expected of you.

.Finish yesterday's tasks before beginning today's . Unfinished business has a multitude of ways to haunt you.
.Love ALL mankind and nature.

Jigga what?! I've had a mysteriously pinched nerve in my neck for almost 2 weeks. It's slowly getting better. I can turn my head now at least, but man it felt like someone was stabbing me through the right shoulder and upper back with a lance for about 12 days straight.

Jeez Roy, way too weird with the synchronicities. Just as I'm typing, I feel firey and pent up in my root chakra, but cold on my outside. I've also taken up some Kundalini yoga recently. Nothing too serious, just been reading a book and doing some of the kriyas when I feel like it. I'm glad Michael thinks this is a good approach, lol.

I've also been extremely tired lately! But I've been going through a lot of changes and pent up emotional release galore. I cry every other day now at random ♥♥♥♥♥; my emotions are much closer to the surface now.

Hugely comforting to know that this is all profoundly normal. Thanks for posting.

Love and gratitude.

The releasing of impacted energies is an important one. Just let those old ghosts out: if there's something you missed working on, it'll come back to you.

The most important thing we can do right now is SHARE OUR EXPERIENCES. And don't feel you need to hurry and catch up: this is individual, and your feelings are important. You are experiencing an actual GRIEF over losses, and some of those losses are old thinking patterns we've abandoned. So DO grieve in the proper increments. And when you well up with gratitude...let it out. There's even a "Thank You" thread in Fun and Recreation. Sharing your gratitude there shares it universally.

Love and gratitude; it's the bridge we need to get there.

Well, we're not alone in moving through the changes taking place in this planet, but - as has been expressed - we each do have a unique ride through life & personal evolution.

My background is through a path starting with reading & philosophical search, a bit of experience with entheogens, then into regular meditation practice (East-Indian, and also Zen Buddhist, over a long period of time), dream-journal work for a while (concurrent with meditation), bits of exposure to Native-American spirituality, then Reiki attunement (which very valuably healed a whole lot of my emotional life).

One upshot of my path has been an increase in kundalini activity, just in the last five or six years of my path - sometimes with discomfort (usually in the upper neck & back of head). Prior to the head/neck symptoms, I did have recurrent discomfort in my back between my shoulder blades.

For the most part, I've learned how to ride the crests (as Royster puts it) in terms of my emotional reactions to changes in the world. I have found my dream life has moved from generally placid to sometimes involving strange, bizarre, or jarring situations (occasionally with dead relatives or with old friends I have not seen in many years).

Anyhow, count me in for the sharing/discussion.

Thanks, Tanemon. We have an amiable collection of people here, and it really does help when we all share.

My involvement into the paranormal started when I was 13; I began researching what UFO literature was available...and back then, there wasn't much. I kept up with the latest books over the years, and even had the honor of giving a couple UFO lectures on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.. All of it pre-internet.

In 1977 I experienced a Divine Intervention, which I now view as my "wake up call". I understand the process NOW, but at the time I was in the thick of every falsehood and deception...good time for a Divine Intervention, don't ya think!? I had a lot to sort out, but am very glad for both the wake-up call and the work, as it has showed me many facets of human nature. I have been given the choice to follow the Divine Plan, and that's what I'm doing.

I am sometimes called to enter areas I have absolutely no knowledge of, and it takes every ounce of faith to do this, but I am always guided with Love and tend to see what God wants me to see. Ascension is something few of us have mastered, so it tends to be a sloppy, PMS experience at times. Any blooming flower goes through the agony of unfolding. The unfolding reveals the beauty, and attracts life.

I would say you are only required to see and notice the fact of your own existence, awareness, and how there is no "out" from that. From there, life just rolls by itself...

This is really interesting. As I read this article I got a 'nudge' to start doing the 'Surya namaskar'(Translates- Sun Salute) again.

It's Yoga, so it's healthy and it's also a way of honoring/worshiping the Sun.

Left Behind

Last week, we asked the question, “What if some people simply don’t want to go through The Shift and leave their old lifestyle behind?” What if they prefer to stay immersed in “them against us” dramas or even “me against the world” dramas?

Humanity was created so that we can find our way back home to the source from which we originally came. God didn’t just create humanity and leave us to fend for ourselves. There is a cosmic plan for the enlightenment of humanity and, true to our gift of self-determination, no one is forced to progress any faster than they choose.

The Shift isn’t just about the planet Earth. Our planet, our solar system, and our section of the universe are about to make a quantum jump in frequency. There will come a mass ascension day when the Earth will rise in vibration and take with her all who are ready to function in heart-centered consciousness.

That is the requirement – ready for heart-centered consciousness – and, surprising to some, you don’t have to be religious or spiritual to make the grade! A caring person who supports others with little thought for themselves is a heart-centered person. A person who promotes ecology out of care for the Earth is also expressing unselfish, unconditional love when they don’t expect anything particular in return for their efforts and concerns.

On the scale of human consciousness, caring for others is so much bigger than working for personal gain.

There is no Judgment Day where God will look at you and make a decision. You make the decision and the process is automatic. If you’re ready when the big day comes, you will want to go with the inspiring, uplifting energies and nothing will hold you back.

Those, on the other hand, who prefer to stay in their present level of consciousness and decide against rising to the frequency of the ascended Earth will eventually need alternative accommodation. This section of the universe will no longer be available for the reincarnation of their frequency band of consciousness, so another world had to be found for their future use. This is not new information. In the early 1970’s, I became aware of information that came from the spiritual hierarchy about a new planet which, for that very purpose, was being prepared for human habitation.

The upcoming Shift of the ages was foreseen thousands of years ago by Jesus when he pointed out how it will be on that mass ascension day. When the time comes, he said, it will be as if two people are side-by-side and “one shall be taken and the other left behind.”

He actually saw people moving up into a higher realm of existence while those not ready would stay behind in their current realm of existence. The fishermen and farmers of his time weren’t ready to hear about how this would be practically achieved but, today, we are more able to wrap our heads around such concepts as parallel worlds.

You will exist in an ascended version of your physical world while those left behind will continue to exist in their version of the world. To them, their world will continue to be the same, but with a whole lot of people missing. To you, your world will be like it was, yet vibrating at a higher physical frequency; and, likewise, there’ll be a whole lot of people missing.

Consider this impending ascension to a lighter form as a major step in God’s cosmic plan for the enlightenment of humanity. Think of it as a harvest of souls, where everything you do to help others make it through The Shift will be forever enshrined in the records of life as golden acts of service to others.

This is the opportunity that spiritual souls have waited lifetimes to experience.

It doesn’t matter whether people shift into heart-centered consciousness while physically incarnate or, should they have passed on from this life, experience its parallel version in the afterlife. The point is to be ready and to help as many others as you can to make it through to the new heaven on earth.

Next week, we’ll see some glimpses into life on the ascended earth and on the new planet, as revealed by a research project where hundreds of people viewed their own future lives!
