Up until the 1990s, no research had ever been conducted to determine the impact of fluoride on the pineal gland - a small gland located between the two hemispheres of the brain that regulates the production of the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that helps regulate the onset of puberty and helps protect the body from cell damage caused by free radicals.

It is now known - thanks to the meticulous research of Dr. Jennifer Luke from the University of Surrey in England - that the pineal gland is the primary target of fluoride accumulation within the body.

The soft tissue of the adult pineal gland contains more fluoride than any other soft tissue in the body - a level of fluoride (~300 ppm) capable of inhibiting enzymes.

The pineal gland also contains hard tissue (hyroxyapatite crystals), and this hard tissue accumulates more fluoride (up to 21,000 ppm) than any other hard tissue in the body (e.g. teeth and bone).

After finding that the pineal gland is a major target for fluoride accumulation in humans, Dr. Luke conducted animal experiments to determine if the accumulated fluoride could impact the functioning of the gland - particulalry the gland's regulation of melatonin.

Luke found that animals treated with fluoride had lower levels of circulating melatonin, as reflected by reduced levels of melatonin metabolites in the animals' urine. This reduced level of circulating melatonin was accompanied - as might be expected - by an earlier onset of puberty in the fluoride-treated female animals.

Luke summarized her human and animal findings as follows:

"In conclusion, the human pineal gland contains the highest concentration of fluoride in the body. Fluoride is associated with depressed pineal melatonin synthesis by prepubertal gerbils and an accelerated onset of sexual maturation in the female gerbil. The results strengthen the hypothesis that the pineal has a role in the timing of the onset of puberty. Whether or not fluoride interferes with pineal function in humans requires further investigation."

NOW LEAVING THE 3rd DIMENSION...

Our experience in the 4th dimension is primarily for adjusting to the fundamentals of the 5th dimension. Indeed, the 4th dimension is a testing/proving ground, a pass/fail area in which we learn to use thought wisely, as it becomes our means of interacting, unlike the 3rd dimension where physicality is heavily relied upon. In the 4th dimension, you will use thought for movement, much like in your dream-state. Your intentions will be much more obvious as well, and we can see how honesty will be a very valuable asset, particularly since thought is also our means of communication exchange. Most everything is exposed in the 4th dimension, so those who do not tell the truth will not fare well there, and will remain 3rd-dimensionally bound until such time as a cleaner ascension is learned.

This also means that harsh thoughts are amplified, and with consequences seemingly devastating; this will remind you to be gentle and true with your feelings and thoughts.

Your dream-state has been your life-long contact with the 4th dimension, and much of what you've experienced in that state will be your primary guide to 4th dimensional existence.

Those who have worked with dislodging impacted energies will have a much better experience, as impacted, negative memories will amplify in the 4th dimension; thus, your attributes from undissolved traumas or conflicts will become an encumbrance; the facilities for addressing such dysfunctions aren't readily available in the 4th dimension, and so you'll experience returning to the 3rd dimension to deal with them. Many of the "rules" from the 3rd dimension won't apply in the 4th, so don't expect to bring luggage, and try not to carry baggage!

While at some point, all earth inhabitants will be undeniably IN the 4th dimension, many will be rejected and sent back to the 3rd. This will be due to unresolved "issues" within the individual, which are directly associated with behavior patterns unacceptable in the 4th. The "rejections" are not judgements so much as they are opportunities to resolve ones issues of the past. Keep in mind that the 3rd dimension condition will be deteriorating, and it will become increasingly difficult to successfully resolve "issues" in the near future...so you're best to do that work now, when it's somewhat easier. As 3rd dimension conditions turn chaotic, at some point, you will be unable to resolve your impacted energies, and those with unresolved issues will be 3rd-dimensionally-bound.

"Belief systems" do not exist in the 4th dimension, as it is based on what IS, not what an ego desires to be. Illusions will be immediately exposed for what they are, and again; you have the opportunity to disassemble such structures in the 3rd dimension.

In short, you are well-advised to invest your time in clearing yourself of impacted energies, negative behaviors and resolving your lifetime collection of regrets. In working with those traits and resolving them, you will find your place in the 4th dimension an easier, more enjoyable experience...and you will spend less time returning to the 3rd dimension to resolve issues. I assure you; once you become familiar with the 4th dimension, you will NOT want to return to the 3rd. It's experiential...you'll see what I mean.

I will share the recent instructions I have received: if these resonate with you, feel free to follow them.

. AVOID MASS MEDIA- at least for the next few days. Not only is this time of year cluttered with "holiday" mixed-signals, the "shadowlands" (darker forces) are well-aware of the current ascension energies, and are working harder to interfere with them. In a season of emotional instability (from decades of conditioning) this can make it more difficult to focus. Avoiding radio, television, and minimising internet use for the next few days will assist in clarity. A strong mind can handle the interference; a vulnerable mind cannot.

. BE DISCERNING! Again, the mass media are bombarding the public with a glut of unsustainable chatter, and this is being reflected in individual internet postings, opinions and "belief-system spillage". Subjecting your sensitivities to such non-stop babble (and prompting ingrained symbols) causes more disruption to the thought-stream than most can handle. Find quiet times and places, try to keep your spiritual focus on the Light energies which are being buried under a barrage of commercial blitzkrieg.

. ADDRESS SEASONAL DEPRESSION by acknowledging the symbols used this time of year to prompt your emotions. Years of "Christmas Season" conditioning were designed to hijack our emotional energies and divert them to baseless squandering, both financial and spiritual. The unnecessary social pressures of "gifting" are strong diversions to your enduring focus. Avoiding the sources of this distraction will strongly support your ascension. DARE TO SAY "NO" TO CHRISTMAS.

. By avoiding the loud noise of commercial hoopla you may continue to hear the gentler undertones still being transmitted by the higher realms of Light.

. Avoid emotional embroilment by taking time to consider all aspects of discordant energies. As you are ascending, others are struggling to maintain their belief systems. Vicariously, you are a threat to those belief systems; know this, and be gentle in your path.

I love this light feeling of floating on air, as if the power of love and divine light are hovering me above the Earth. I feel cleaner and healthier every day.

I'm doing a great job of living in the now and being grateful for the now where want disappears and my needs are always met... where my needs seem to be only basic physical needs and magnificent spiritual needs.

I'm able to smile and find peace when old emotional or physical hurts pop back up to the surface briefly, because I know my body is clearing them away.

I don't seem to have worries anymore. The concept of fear or enemy is foreign to me. Mainstream media, music, and entertainment bore me and make me feel like it no longer resonates with me at all. (Example: Every year since I was a child, I used to watch the AMA's with my family. This year I grabbed my cappucino, curled up on the couch, and pressed play. It didn't take more than a few minutes before I was bored with it, turned the volume down low and picked up a spiritual book.)

But something that pops up into my now lately is the idea that the further I ascend, the further away and more seperated I feel from my partner. We've been together for 10 years. While I can accept that people come and go, I feel resistance to just going with the flow in this regard. I know I don't own him, and I'm not aiming to. I can let go. I'm just not sure he can, so I feel myself resisting because I want to protect him. How did/do you guys deal with the issue of being in a romantic relationship with someone who's bound to earthly forms, concepts and stuck in a logical mindset?

Nice, I say this because this was the topic that first initiated my contact with Royster. Everyone is on their path. We must grant everyone the space and freedom to walk their path and release the expectation of anything remaining "the same."

While Janice and I are very close, I also know she might not make ascension with me, when the time comes; she has "belief system" issues to confront, and hasn't even started, yet. But i pass along all insights to her, and even if we're separated by realms, her spirit and mine will still be united. We aren't co-dependent, though spiritually very compatable...to a point. And she knows to let this dolphin go, swim as far as I can. Our hearts are connected, and always will be. Love is like that.

I've been in contact with a good spectrum of people who have a similar question. Some need OUT of relationships with Neanderthals...others aren't quite compatable when it comes to the ascension. These are personal issues, and i try to put myself in those conditions to answer (because I've BEEN in those conditions). There is no one-answer-fits-all. The best I can suggest is brutally-honestly tell him exactly where you are. His reaction will tell you if he's interested in taking the Path, or too affraid to try. THAT'S what you'd base your decision on.

Most people are not aware of what properties DNA possesses, and it would do them well to begin understanding the electrical functions the various DNA strands conduct. Remembering that the physical world is illusionary (due to the compressing of thought) it's good to remember that through all of the ages, what endures is your sentience...your soul/mind, which is primarily THOUGHT. Defining thought helps you understand how the universe is conducted.

It is also revealing to remember that we have been SPIRITS far longer than we've been humans.

Our dream-state, too, is being emphasised, because much of 4th dimensional thought is practiced there. Many will have an increase of dreams involving deceased friends and family, and this makes perfect sense: they are IN the 4th dimension (where else would they go?) Having spent some "time" there, they are the perfect guides for you. Try to communicate with them in your dreams, and soon enough you'll have a connection with them that didn't seem to exist before.

Roy that reminds me of something.... now that i'm remembering my dreams every single night, I'm noticing an interesting trend.. it seems like at least once a week I'll have a visit in dream state but then ALL my loved ones that are still alive are in the dream too. I thought it odd to be dreaming of people who are still alive so much and how the dreams are themed around celebrations/cooking/parties. It just hit me that maybe one of my loved ones that's passed is having a little family reunion. lol

Here you go, Roy:

Food source of vitamin A

Vitamin D - sunlight helps the body produce vitamin D. Also try mushrooms, fish oil (especially cod liver oil), and in salmon and mackerel.

Zinc: found in meat, also in nuts and legumes and shellfish.

Calcium: traditionally people eat dairy, I receive that green leafy vegetables are better in this regard. Blend and add to juice mixes, and make pesto - you can use any green for that. Fish is also good.

Potassium: bananas, apricots, prunes, dates, cantaloupe, watermelon and strawberries. Also, leafy greens (again), fish, beans, tomatoes.

Magnesium is tricky, not a lot of food based sources. Try: Almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds and brazil nuts. Also barley, quinoa, red wheat, white and black beans and...green leafy veggies (again!)

It is important to balance calcium and magnesium - they compete for the same methods of transport. Proper magnesium is essential for the restful sleep we are needing right now. IMO you can't eat enough, so try using epsom salts in a hot bath at night, this also increases circulating magnesium in the body. I highly recommend hot baths also for the energy cleansing properties.

remember to bless your bath water!!! Dr. Masaru Emoto's work has shown us that this is powerfully important.

It just hit me that maybe one of my loved ones that's passed is having a little family reunion.

I have found actual "terminals" in the dream state...places, if you will, that I have vistited over the years. I'm actually starting to be able to find my way around out there.

Your post reminds me on one such terminal, where all my deceased AND living friends/relatives tend to meet.

It's really a matter of ones own "belief system" that keeps them from understanding the dream-communications or not. To KNOW is beyond "believing". KNOW you're making some sort of contact, however abstract it may appear.

Try to just do what you feel in your heart. If you hear a voice tell you something that is "fear based" then you may want to take a moment and search your heart and ask yourself A. Is this a learned fear?
B. Am I going to need outer human validation later, to determine what this meant?

If you answered YES to either..release the fear in one swift exhale..and forgive yourself for emotionally being triggered by a mental program that was faulty.

If your conscious to sub-conscious mind can bring up the subject, it is a test...to see if you are yet aware of your un-conscious self yet. (and whether or not you trust it..your higher self) There are so many dimensions of YOU that no matter which dimension you end up in..trust that your spirit self is already hip to what is happening and assures your safe return to your body. Only your shadow self can really make you feel fearful..and trust me, all that your shadow self can do is run to the end of it's chain and bark....of course, unless you buy into the fear and panic.

I can't guarantee this is how it is for your experiences..but I can definitely say this is what I have learned in my own.

We're apparently over that wave, and another comes up mid-December. These disruptions will increase as the sine waves get closer together. It will become impossible to ride to waves up and down, and it is advised to surf the tops of the sine waves when it is no longer viable to get to the lower pitches. This indicates a huge shift in our thinking/feeling.

Well, we're not alone in moving through the changes taking place in this planet, but - as has been expressed - we each do have a unique ride through life & personal evolution.

For the most part, I've learned how to ride the crests (as Royster puts it) in terms of my emotional reactions to changes in the world. I have found my dream life has moved from generally placid to sometimes involving strange, bizarre, or jarring situations (occasionally with dead relatives or with old friends I have not seen in many years).

Anyhow, count me in for the sharing/discussion.

Thanks, Tanemon. We have an amiable collection of people here, and it really does help when we all share.

My involvement into the paranormal started when I was 13; I began researching what UFO literature was available...and back then, there wasn't much. I kept up with the latest books over the years, and even had the honor of giving a couple UFO lectures on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.. All of it pre-internet.

In 1977 I experienced a Divine Intervention, which I now view as my "wake up call". I understand the process NOW, but at the time I was in the thick of every falsehood and deception...good time for a Divine Intervention, don't ya think!? I had a lot to sort out, but am very glad for both the wake-up call and the work, as it has showed me many facets of human nature. I have been given the choice to follow the Divine Plan, and that's what I'm doing.

I am sometimes called to enter areas I have absolutely no knowledge of, and it takes every ounce of faith to do this, but I am always guided with Love and tend to see what God wants me to see. Ascension is something few of us have mastered, so it tends to be a sloppy, PMS experience at times. Any blooming flower goes through the agony of unfolding. The unfolding reveals the beauty, and attracts life.
