What about ascending very quickly and getting overwhelmed by the overflow of Kundalini? Kwim? It's really quite the ride lately with this stuff.

I mean, I've made the jump from bemused skeptic to someone fully entrenched in everything. It can be difficult to adjust to sometimes. I feel like I'm going crazy, believing in all this higher dimensional stuff. That's come up a few times--am I delusional? Am I mad? Is this a collective delusion? Does any of that actually matter?

Eep.

I'll share some of my own experience, here, while waiting for someone else to reply...I've not experienced kundalini, yet. But what you describe sounds similar to something I did in a previous awareness (take that as you will) and it was called "Bubble Up". It means that there are certain right-on-it thoughts you can assemble and actually make good guesses to the rest of it, and find yourself in a higher dimension/ thought stream, and while it's wonderful to see, for myself, I was sent back; I had by-passed many things along the way by assuming...albeit GOOD assuming...and as we have heard, it's the journey, not the destination. Mine has been a journey of trying many, many times to ascend, but for the wrong reasons, with the wrong attitude, and with the intention of taking my ego with me, intact.

I have come to accept that each person's ascension is vastly different than anyone else's, and there are factors that others can't see. It may well be you've only had to return for a few parts of your 'education' and can by-pass that which you've already learned (internalised). Or you might, indeed, be going too fast. I don't know, and that's why I hope others will reply to your post.

I had the honor of seeing Dr. Masaru Emoto lecture some years ago (he is the world's foremost researcher of water and its properties). He said he was glad to be lecturing at this particular place (The Edgar Cayce Association for Research and Enlightenment) because he had studied Edgar Cayce for many years. Also it was a smaller group than he was used to lecturing to. Because it was this group, he confided that he had been a "water shaman" many lifetimes, but never quite got it right. He feels, after 700 lifetimes, he is on the right track. Ego and many other human trappings had diverted him from his true work many of those lifetimes.

I find myself realizing similar truths about myself. In previous lifetimes I persued various strains of what I can do with my specific energies; I am learning, now, how to direct them for the general benefit of all. While I have lived this life (present life as Roy) many times, I have been fearless, honest and searching for the little details I'd always missed before, this time around*.

All this to say: if you are okay with a faster pace, fine. If it's frightening you, then you're conscious is telling you to slow down, and look for the details you missed.

I submit to you that I have a humor shaman healing gift; in previous incarnations this prompted me to become a comedian, a comedy writer, and such. Only now do I realize the powerful healing of laughter, and how to channel this energy.

*the feeling of deja vu reminds us that we are living the same life as before. Science can't explain how that's done, but the spiritual mind CAN. I'll give a quick presentation next time I post.

This is explained nicely in the book I'm fixing to send to you. I have an exam tomorrow and since I'm feeling fluish I want to wait until after my test. But basically you need to create the foundation for the uncoiling of the kundalini energy along your chakras, because if it happens to fast it can literally blow your brain out and make it so that you can't function switching between the bliss of being and the world of forms.

That's the ego talking. Instead of telling it to shut up, give it hairpats and lollipops and say "Yes, I hear you, but I won't necessarily be acting on that. Hugs, Ego."

I love the movie "Ratatouille" because the "bad guy" is named...Anton Ego. There's this line in the movie where the nervous chef says "Appetite is coming, and he's got a big ego...I mean Ego is coming, and he's got a big appetite."

That is so true. Ego does have a big appetite.

This thread is of interest, and well-stated.

HERE IS AN ILLUSTRATION OF "THE DONUT UNIVERSE"

Imagine yourself following any one of the bands spiraling around the 'donut'. There is a great illustration of eternity, and also "no beginning, no end". It is also possible, by this 'economy', to re-live the same lifetime more than once.

There is good reason to accept that this is how our present universe is situated. Note also that the spiral tracking also illustrates the DNA strand, a fractal of the larger whole..."as above, so below", or in more familiar terms, "on earth as it is in heaven". This pattern can be further expanded within the "Flower Of Life".

the FLOWER OF LIFE files
[The Flower Of Life File is a HUGE read, and i recommend you take it in when time isn't pressing.]

Thanks, Laks; I get to learn, too!

And plese be assured: I'm growing and ascending with the rest of you, so your sharing is important to me, too.

HA! I just noticed that the donut is getting to roll down the road in my avatar! Teehee!

HERE IS AN ILLUSTRATION OF "THE DONUT UNIVERSE"

I've seen this before, many times, more than once under the influence of earth bound hallucinogenic substances (never man made). But also in sober meditative states. I've seen the same repetitious loops and felt a soul-deep weariness from the experiences.

Don't I know it, honored to be able to channel the necessary information on a need to know basis. Oh I just got that part. Need to know. I'm always wondering why I can't get more info. LOL. I'm too nosy.

I'm confident that this is some of the "tiredness" a few of us feel...like, "Here we go again, this is a lot of work..." and we summons the energy to go this journey.

Whew, sensory overload. Gonna have to come back to this thread and read everything later.

Lakshy, I like what you said about setting a strong foundation. I think the Kundalini yoga and exercise help with that, but sometimes I get the feeling that I don't really know what I'm doing with the Kundalini, and I don't want to make a mistake and let it all out too fast. I do really enjoy it and I tend to get overwhelmed easily anyway (sensitive fish), so maybe I should just pace myself.

Something told me last night when I was doing my yoga, "You don't know what you're messing with. You're stupid for doing this alone." It wasn't exactly a kind voice, and I was under the influence. Who knows.

Couldn't the fear just be ego based here, and have nothing to do with reality?

Well Kundalini is some powerful stuff, mama. I am thinking of papaji, a student of Bhagavan, who was known for having acerbic wit and a sharp sense of humor, no nonsense. Guides aren't always gentle and loving. Sometimes they are pretty direct.

Right now I believe we are channeling being that is calling to form that human ladder out of the oubliette I was talking about in another thread.

I think maybe the idea that you should do it alone is more the voice of the ego. Community can provide beneficial guidance. Maybe not necessarily joining an ashram, but perhaps taking a few classes. And maybe this is a push because you are meant to encounter another jnani in this way.

I'm only doing it alone because I'm lazy and don't feel like spending the money on classes. It's easier to do it at home. I bought the book on a whim, anyway. Now I feel all tail between my legs for messing with it, LOL.

I have had the consistent nudge that I shouldn't go full force into it without guidance, though, and I'm not sure I even want guidance because the chanting and all that doesn't resonate with me much.

Just because I'm curious a person, I've been paging through the book and trying out different kriyas. I like exploring.

Reading more, posting less. That's how I'm dealing with things now.

Oh, and spreading reputation points around, like raisins for ferrets. (you'd have to be a ferret person to get that.)

I think we talked the other night about the chanting being a little weird feeling. But I have a feeling once you read this book I'm sending you, you might change your mind. Yesterday while meditating I found myself compelled to chant "Om Namah Shivaya" and my voice became bizarrely deep, like a very large man's voice.

I just went with it. Today, I find myself compelled to try mer-ka-ba. We'll see.

Cool. No harm in trying something out. I have a feeling this is past-life baggage anyway, the reluctance to do anything that feels dogmatic.

You guys give me a lot to think about. And even more to read.
Lately I've been wondering if my recent spell of migraines are ascension symptoms. I've had spirital detox moments from ormus which focused on my sacral and root chakras but the migraines have been different (interestingly they all have been happening before I am ready to go out and party like a wild woman).
Yesterday I went to a yoga class (first since summer) and once I was in savasana, I had some of my most intese visualizations. They involved a variety of lotuses opening, often changing color, spinning and though I don't know how they pollinate but when the lotus opened the room filled with gold and iridescent white globes. Beautiful, simply beautiful. I swear my class felt like it was twice as long becuase time seemed to slow at those moments.

Normally when I lie in bed at night my solar plexus is pulsing like crazy, it's the one I can always feel when I relax. With a bit of work I can feel the pulse or make it move in the heart or sacral chakras. Late afternoon yesterday I felt like a migraine was coming, but this one felt different from the usual. I've noticed when I have a migraine, I feel it in one of these dents I have located about 3 inches behind my ears (they are even tender to touch). But last night it was like my neck was locked from the a little above base of my skull (especially) to my sholders. I felt the throb, but more in the middle of my forehead and for the first time I felt my throat chakra pulsing

I also get a lot of shoulder pains after practicing my mantras during meditation.

As far as I've been able to tell, I'm the only one who has suggested that the headaches are caused by the (natural) enlarging of the pineal gland. This is what I accept for myself.

There are a variety of pains and locations that will flare up with some pain, particularly when we're concentrating...or being reminded of...impacted energies. Along the spine and up through the shoulder blades Archangel Michael makes mention of, the explanation seems to be clearing the way for pure energy flow. For myself, I find impacted energies pop up from everywhere...it's been a long lifetime...and I simply address them as I go.

Being outside today, working in the forest, is a good way to earth myself. (I just stopped back at the house to get my log splitter). I love the forest visitors and the creek is lazily happy today.

Chickedee has cheerfully bid me 'good morning'.

ROY!! Again, you echo what I have been hearing from the roaring ancestor stream. The pineal gland is small and round. There are things called pinealocytes within the pineal gland that bear a STRIKING resemblance to the photoreceptors in the eye! This is why it's called the "Third Eye" even in traditional anatomy and physiology.

I received that this used to be quite large in the original human form, and has basically only grown small and withered through disuse. We are coming again into the portion of the cycle where this organ of perception will be more important that the eyes.

In fact, just as the eyes can take in 180 degrees in front of us, the third eye can only look upward, toward the heavens. This is why there is evidence of trepanning among early humans - the first attempts to use science and man made tools to regain what can only be retrained through spiritual rigor.

Quote:
In some vertebrates, exposure to light can set off a chain reaction of enzymatic events within the pineal gland that regulate circadian rhythms.[8] Some early vertebrate fossil skulls have a pineal foramen (opening). This correlates with the physiology of the modern "living fossils", the lamprey and the tuatara, and some other vertebrates that have a parietal organ or "third eye," which, in some of them, is photosensitive. The third eye represents evolution’s earlier approach to photoreception.[9] The structures of the third eye in the tuatara are homologous to the cornea, lens and retina, though the latter resembles that of an octopus rather than a vertebrate retina. The asymmetrical whole consists of the "eye" to the left and the pineal sac to the right. "In animals that have lost the parietal eye, including mammals, the pineal sac is retained and condensed into the form of the pineal gland."[9]

Unlike much of the rest of the mammalian brain, the pineal gland is not isolated from the body by the blood-brain barrier system;[10] indeed it has profuse blood flow, second only to the kidney.[6]

Fossils seldom preserve soft anatomy. The brain of the Russian Melovatka bird, about 90 million years old, is an exception, and it shows a larger-than-expected parietal eye and pineal gland.[11]

Being outside today, working in the forest, is a good way to earth myself. (I just stopped back at the house to get my log splitter). I love the forest visitors and the creek is lazily happy today.

Chickedee has cheerfully bid me 'good morning'.
I spent the morning in the forest near my home as well. The trees bear a striking resemblance to neurons.

" What is so special about tomorrow? Every year we have a November 11 or 11-11 day but tomorrow we are having an extremely rare conjunction. Mars, the planet of action is starting to conjunct PALLAS, the ruler of Pineal Gland/Third Eye Awakening. And where is PALLAS? Right next to the Great Attractor at 14 Sagittarius. PALLAS is at 13.3 Sag, tghe degree of Ancient Egypt. And Mars is exactly on ANTARES, a powerful Fixed Star, said to be ruled by an ArchAngel.

Many people will feel their 3rd Eye tomorrow (...)"

In many different areas of my life, I have come to realise that sharing experiences is a great service. I have been inspired by those who shared what i felt I could not, and it gave me courage to share likewise. Almost invariably, someone is thankful for my 'share'.

I have also realised that 'sharing' is service to humanity.

One day i was slowly walking along my driveway, thankful that the snows (which came quickly that year) had receded, and i could resume some work. The sun shone bright, and as thankfulness welled up in me, I spread my arms out in an embrace toward the sun. I sent heart-felt thanks to the sun. While in this attitude, a voice came from above:

"HEY! ROY!"

It was my neighbor, up on the hill, looking for his dog. He had arrived at precisely the moment I stretched my arms out.

This has happened repeatedly, always a humorous note, but I then realised: we aren't to send our energies to the sun. We are to photosynthesize the sun's energy and pass it through our own channels. Just like plants.

This lead me to understand that in some chakra exercises, I had been channelling the discordant energies in the wrong direction. We are to ground those energies into Mother Earth. My reluctance THERE was: polluting earth even more.

"Trust me, Roy," a message said; "I can take it. And it's better than sending those energies to other realms. There are places and facilities for all things."

Last night I dreamt that I was in a chicken coop that was filled with eggs, and I knew they all had been fertilized, and I had to gather them together and cover them with straw to keep them warm so that they would hatch.

I've received this information as well, bro! Yesterday midmorning as expected. I have the notion that human beings are like cosmic lymph nodes. In the human body they are part of the immune system - areas where several types of white blood cells are concentrated - sort of filters for the fluid in your body to clean out impurities, disease, infectious agents.

In some ways I see this all over. In the celestial body - human beings filter energy through emotion. Take in negative energy, process, cleanse the energy, and release the light back into the divine matrix.
Quote:
Pathogens, or germs, can set up infections anywhere in the body. However, lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell, will meet the antigens, or proteins, in the peripheral lymphoid organs, which includes lymph nodes. The antigens are displayed by specialized cells in the lymph nodes. Naive lymphocytes (meaning the cells have not encountered an antigen yet) enter the node from the bloodstream, through specialized capillary venules. After the lymphocytes specialize they will exit the lymph node through the efferent lymphatic vessel with the rest of the lymph. The lymphocytes continuously recirculate the peripheral lymphoid organs and the state of the lymph nodes depends on infection. During an infection, the lymph nodes can expand due to intense B-cell proliferation in the germinal centers, a condition commonly referred to as "swollen glands".
But many of the human lymph nodes are infected and swollen right now, so the immune system of the divine matrix is not functioning effectively.

Lightworkers! After recieving instructions.

In fact, that whole post reminded me quite of biblical passages. Again, it illustrated the fractal nature of existance. And this information is not passed along by religion but by spiritual feeling.

We read about Freemasonry and Mormon rituals where one "passes through the grand arch", and this is a direct rip-off of the universes' true function. In spiritual persuits, we see we are "called" into the lymphnode (naive as we are), instructed about the work at hand, educated (by SHARING information honestly) then procede out into the 'bloodstream'.

Thanks SO MUCH, Laks. I benefit so very greatly from your input.

This reminds us, we should NOT take things personally, but from an open-heart listening stance...else our ego devours the instructions, and we are useless to the Call.

I say that to remind myself.

"The Third Eye and Human Evolution: Ancient Clue to Spiritual Man" by John Van Mater, Jr.

This is part of the reason we are called to go outside into the light during the day - to bathe the retina in light and revitalize the pineal gland so that it can again become an organ of perception.

Great, informative article, Laks. Also, for the 'headaches' people experience, this passage:
Quote:
Even today, however, when the real self is active during trances and spiritual visions, this original eye is said to swell and expand (cf. The Secret Doctrine 2:294-5).

You are assisting us embryonic ascendants by keeping us warm with insights.

Ya know what's weird is that I think one my chickens is actually a rooster, but I'm not sure, because she/he has only crowed once - yesterday morning. Didn't make a peep this morning, though...
