 |  OM Symbol in a photo
Hi All, Not sure if I have posted this in the correct part of the forum but here goes. Today has been a strange day but in a good way. To cut a long story short I had decided to get out some pictures today to scan and pop on facebook for family and friends back in the UK. I got a phone call, got distracted so my eldest daughter just looked through them with a friend. I managed to finally sit and the first wallet I pull out contains a few pics of scenery but one of my eldest Daughter, its been in that wallet for 10 years and when I looked at it my jaw dropped as on the right hand side of her face is the OM symbol but without the flicks at the top so basically a fancy 3. I touched the pic to make sure it had not been drawn on etc and it hasn't. I asked my daughter to hold the picture and tell me how she felt, she began to shake and was almost crying and she asked me why, when I pointed at the picture to show her the symbol she was a little freaked out. I have been told she is indigo and crystal and I know this is unusual. What do you make of it as I am baffled, I know its a sign but we ar only just on our spiritual Journey so i'm new to this and only just beginning to connect with my guides. Any insight would be appriciated. Thank you Elle xx |

Just to let you know that I figured the answer to my question out myself, if you would like to know just ask. I'm not sure but i'm getting through that I really don't need this site anymore but only time will tell. Thank you for being here and giving peole a place to discuss such things, I know I was guided to this site for a reason, to help me be more aware. Ahhh I don't need the answer to this question but I still want to participate on this site LOL as I have much to offer. Love and blessings to you all.  |

The '3' with the other curve attached to it on the OM symbol refers to the three states of human consciousness and points to the fact that those three states of consciousness (sleep, sleeping while dreaming, and the awake state) are who we think we are. The "slash" mark above the '3' symbolizes 'Maya' (illusion), and the dot above the "slash" is the symbol for God. The whole OM symbol with the "slash" mark and the dot means we are separated from God because of the illusion that we think we are our consciousness and once we get rid of the illusion we will become one with God. The OM symbol without Maya means complete union with God. |
