How do I change a deep belief..For instance..."No one supports me" Do I just keep repeating "I am supported" I guess if I look at my life and see things that I want to change..I need to find the deep belief as to why I manifested it correct? Then just change the wording..to a postive aspect instead of a negative correct? Thanks for your replies |

Holding the intention that you are supported is a good start... After that, pay attention to the cases where you are being supported, because you certainly do have plenty of support; we simply take most of our support for granted. Truckers support us by shipping our food, clothes, and nearly everything else that we want and need to the stores... Clerks support us by helping us to make the purchases... Random members of forums help each other by answering each other's questions... |

Lisa, - Start by looking for evidence in your life where you feel supported. - When you feel unsupported, know that you can change the situation. You can stay where you are and continue to dwell on feeling unsupported. You can shift out of the situation into one where you do feel supported. Or if you cannot get out of the situation, you can do something for yourself that helps you to feel supported. Realize that things are not happening to you. If this is too much of a stretch, begin to concentrate on and channel your energy to the things you can control. In the case of support, if you feel you have absolutely no choice but to be in the situation begin to do things to support yourself. Stop resisting unsupportiveness. I'm not big on affirmations because I think they reinforce what you do not have. The work up wanting, not having. In all the ways possible for you, start being, doing, and having the things you want. As you shift your focus to it in that manner, you will have more opportunities to experience what you want. In Spirit, Nneka |
