One Ascension

would they recommend it?

I'm going through a severe existential crisis and dealing with a cocktail of problems, I'm trying to see what karmic gifts may be up for the offering but most of the time life is bringing me down and I need to do something fast.

Should I try this?

I seem to be the only one doing that.

surrounded by ppl who seem to be coping very well..

life has been stuck, its like someone cemented me 2 meters away from the candy store, so all I do all day long is stare at the other kids go and get their candy.

I've tried some mamothian feats in cheering up.

Yep, exactly. You're buying into an illusion if you think you're the only one.

When I said I was the only one going through that, I meant in my immediately setting. I merely wanted to know if anybody here had used One Ascension or Spiritual Response Therapy and if they had, how it had helped them

I looked at this web site and it all looks pretty phony to me, scratch that very phony. What would draw you to this technique specifically. Whats wrong with just meditating yourself? I understand you feel like you are having a crisis but what makes you think someone else can solve it for you.

A lot of people seem to claim relief from doing the SRT - spiritual response therapy

I would have to explain my circumstances to you..
I've tried to meditate, hold good intentions and do reiki on myself..

reiki has the best effect on me, fleetingly.

I keep hitting walls.

I dont have any spiritual support or even emotional around me..
infact its the opposite, most of my efforts are either laughed at or ignored or slighted..

and this sort of thing has only been over the past year or so..

SRT is supposed to deal with this at a karmic level and clear out repititive stuff that hinders your progress. I did alot of research on the web for SRT.


I AM feeling vulnerable..
I've scheduled the session for tomorrow, you seem to think it phony! yikes..

lapse in judgement on my part?
could save me 200$ (thats a lot of money where I come from)

Oh my 200 is a lot of money....
I re-viewed some of the articles on the site, and it seems like they are charging a lot of money for something you can do yourself with a minor bit of guidance.
You can focus on and 'adjust' you 'energy centers' yourself, in fact most of us do this naturally on an insticually level everyday. You can use 'muscle response' again on your own. Take your middle finger and your thumb and rub them in a clockwise direction. Place something in your other hand and you will notice a change, it will either get eaiser to do the circles or harder. If it gets easier the item is beneficial to you if it gets harder it is not beneficial to you. It is the same principle that is used with pendulms. Pendulums and muscle respnse are a very simple tech that healers have been using for centuries, and just about anyone can learn to use them.

For some the conventional idea of sitting and meditationg just does not work. In many traditions you will find that dance and movement has been used as a form of mediation and healing. If this 'ascension' tech does not work for you I would definately look into utilizing movement as a form of meditating, balancing and healing. You can see this utilized in this day and age by AmerIndians. However many traditons have used it. The ancient Rune Mysitcs also used a form of movement based on the runes for the same purpose. Bellydance orginated with the priestess of old as a way to 'connect' with divine energies, balance thier energies and manifest the divine, these are jsut a few examples. The Shamans in many tradtions also utilized sound and music as a way to clear, balance and connect. I don't know why some folks want to make some things seem so much more complex and complicated. Humans have been doing this for centuries, and most of us can do it on our own.

Hi, technorani. Curious... When you say you do Reiki on yourself, I assume you've had Reiki training and attunements from a Reiki master. Is this correct?
