I need some help getting rid of negative energy/entity help

Hello all! This is my first post in the forum so excuse my "noobiness". Anyway I need some help. I'll try to make a very long story as short as possible. First off I need to let you know I am very intuitive and have a "gift"/"curse" when it comes to my dreams. I have had a few deceased family members appear and tell me things, I have had warnings of bad things to come for myself and family members which did come true, I have also had stints where I was "haunted" by whatever was going on and I would simply not want to fall asleep because it would stress me out.

Now that you know that crucial part the next important part is that I have a sister which i no longer speak to. She is an emotional vampire. and very greedy. She made up lies about me and told our family even to our own mother. She back stabbed me and has always been jealous of me. Anyway she became an avid practitioner of santeria years back.

Recently she got married and continued to lie about me and my mother and also made a spectacle of herself and my mother at her wedding. She tried to "reconcile" with me after years of not talking to me by emailing me that she heard I was having a baby and she was going to be an aunt. I replied with a very long email rejecting her unless she got professional help. She pretended to not read the letter and then lied to the family about what I wrote.

So after she completely destroyed my mother's heart my mother finally decided to cut her off too. So now my mother's house is mine and she has been taken off the insurances etc etc.

I don't say negative things about her or ever lie about her or the situation. She chose to do this and I have made peace with it. The problem is she has been appearing in my dreams. Mostly just being phony or doing some sort of trickery but last night she looked like a demon and physically attacked me. In the dream we changed the locks to keep her out and while I was walking through the house she came out of her old room holding the door over her shoulder and looked like a demon and struck me with it. I was carrying a baby of sorts in my arms and it disappeared when she struck me.

I know she's very into trying to make me look bad with all her lies etc so I feel like she is "bothering" me either with directing all her negativity towards me which she has been doing for about 4 years or she has progressed and involved her spirit cohorts to mess with me.

I believe it's the latter because I have genuinely gotten over her actions so I feel it's an outside source as opposed to my unconscious.

How do I get rid of that energy or protect myself, my family and my home. I don't know anyone in any aspect that can help spiritually or "psychic-ly" etc.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not an expert on negative energies/entities but I'll tell you what I've heard on the matter from others.

I remember a question David R. Hawkins got about a negative entity that was hanging out around a woman while meditating. He mentioned that you could command these entities leave in the name of Jesus Christ and they are required to do so. There's an old tradition of this within certain churches. I haven't experienced this myself and know nothing about it, but it's worth a shot.

Another thing I know is there are many books and article resources on psychic protection. The book Spiritual Cleansing comes to mind, but I don't know which resources are right for you.

The last point is the only thing I have experience with. If it's not an actual entity, it could be unconscious resistance to her. Try to release any negative energy associated with her. Try sending her love or compassion and see if any resistance comes up for you. Work on that until no resistance comes up and you only have love for her. You also might work on releasing fear of attack from her and replacing it with love.

I appreciate your openness to share your experiences in this forum and asking for help. I think this is one the critical steps anyone of us can take when it comes to get rid of our life's repetitive problems.

I can sense that your sister is very much involved in your psyche: in thinking, feelings and dreams too (please correct me if I am wrong).

I think following shall help you:

1. I understand that appearance of you sister in your dreams (and of course with the content of it) can be very frightening. However, rather than looking for why it happens, in my opinion, practicing letting it go shall help you more. Yes, initially preventing her energy to come into your system is difficult; but you can surely learn not to aggravate its effects after it has initially frightened you. Just let it go. Visualize that as the water from a waterfall falls and mixes with the lake underneath, the energy of your sister (of course, negative) flows and falls away from you. You stand smiling at the top sending love and blessings to her.

2. Also consciously avoid fighting with her energy (I know you might have tired this). When you send love in spite of her sending your negative flux, you shall slowly find your serenity and peace. I know with some of my close ones that consciously and proactively sending love and blessing to those who are upset with and after us surely helps. It just a matter of doing it repetitively.

I hope that this reply shall find some insights and take you on the path of peace and growth. If you don't find any help, that's ok too.

Thank you for your replies, they are greatly appreciated. In respect to how I handle her and basically all of my mother's side of the family is that I stay away from them as much as possible. I have always been a strong believer of telling the truth even as a small child...so when someone spoke ill of me and made up lies about me that was truly the worst thing you could do to me. I am also an extremely loyal person so for my"sister" to do these things to me hurt me beyond words. I have spoken a lot about it and have made many breakthroughs in regards to why she would do what she did, etc. I got to the point where i made peace with what she did and the road she chose to follow. I still hurt but I don't wish ill on her nor do I wish her well. I don't hold grudges nor do I feel hate towards her. She is more like a past ex that I have no interest in. I felt her presence at my family's last Christmas get together. I literally felt her before I saw her. The room became dead silent and felt heavy. Then I saw her from the corner of my eye giving me and my newborn daughter I was holding the dirtiest look imaginable. I just ignored her. Everyone in the room felt it and asked me about it and all i said was I no longer speak to her. The rest of the night she just had this "dark air" about her.

I don't know if I can genuinely send her love but I do see the benefit of that. I have strayed from my spiritual path. The rigors of everyday life have gotten in my way but I will look inwards for strength and ask the universe for the additional help.
