Default Feeling one with food when chewing

Weird thread, yes. Read some of my past posts/threads to get a better idea of my mind. Well this makes eating rather unpleasant(besides the taste). I have already seen that I am all that is around me, all that I see and ever have seen is me, good old yours truly. Ok, got it, so this would include the food I eat. Only once every couple weeks or so will I feel at one with everything I can see, but regularly I feel at one with what is closer to me or touching me. So when I eat I feel the food as a part of me...it is rather odd but I get the sensation that I am chewing up and swallowing my tongue, I know I am not but I usually move my tongue around for a second to make sure. Anywho can anyone relate to this, what would you suggest to make eating more enjoyable and not so sensorally intense? I have pretty heightened senses so by the end of the day I am flat out exhausted from the day's sensoral experiences.

I eat like a hungry cat and growl at those who dare interrupt me.

I try not to think too much during eating, showering or sex.

LOL... I'm starting to get jealous of how intensely you experience the world around you, DoAnyOfYouExist.

Judging by your past posts and the language you use to describe your experiences, it seems like you somehow have all your sensory volume knobs turned WAY UP HIGHER than most people do, so you take in much more sensory experiences than probably most people. It's kind of like the difference between a 16 million color monitor vs. a 256 color monitor. Or a set of bose speakers vs. a clock radio. Everyone pretty much has a similar basic spectrum of sensory experiences, but some can experience a much finer grain of detail within that spectrum.

This is similar to a friend of mine who plays guitar in a band. He seems to be much higher in tune to musical vibrations than anyone else I know. And he usually plays "air guitar" quietly to himself, no matter where we are, whenever music is playing around us. He even notices and has comments on elevator music, when everyone else is usually totally oblivious to it. So basically, music has a MUCH DEEPER EFFECT on him than most people and he feels compelled to play his own music all the time.

Anyways, your post about chewing food immediately reminded me of that guitar player guy, and how we all experience the world differently.
