What is COMPETENCY?
i think competency is the ability to love everyone and everything unconditionaly.

I would love to know your view and defination of competency.
What do you think is COMPETENCY?

To compete is to be in a match against someone.
To be competent is about doing things as they should be done.

competency is when you can build a four-leg chair when others scrimp on the material, therefore ending up with a three-leg chair
