How can I figure out which thoughts led me to manifest a particular event? For example, I was driving out of my apt. complex earlier and saw a bunch of guys playing basketball on the court to my left. I understand that I manifested what I witnessed, but how can I figure out why I manifested it? How do guys playing basketball relate to my consciousness at that time? Justin |

One of the simplest is to verbally describe the situation or event out loud. Listen to the words you use as you say them, and notice how they describe your own life as well. Doing this with a friend is easier, since it's hard to speak and listen at the same time. It will often be obvious to your friend what part of your life you're describing, especially after a little practice. Another option: Use a recording device, and play back your words, this time listening as if they apply to you. |
