Is Growth Personal ? or Collective ?
Which one is more Empowering.. And if you think its collective then Whats your Role in it ?

Growth starts on a personal level but will influence the collective. The more individuals grow, the better the collective will be.

What a great question! And its fair to assume you're talking about personal growth? Here's my take: growth is a collective experience. This forum is a perfect example. I joined this forum looking for others' wisdom to help me on my own path to enlightenment. What I found out, however, is that everyone has something to offer, including myself. When I reply to a post, I hope that my words will have some sort of meaning for someone else, but I consciously grow as individual each time I participate in the forums as well. So you see, we are all here as a collective group of individuals with a similar passion, looking for our own answers and giving answers out to others. Most people can't grow without some sort of help, input, or accountability from somebody else. Even the prophets had a teacher.

This forum is a mastermind. The more each one of us grows individually, the more each of us has to offer to others. The collective is absolutely more empowering - two heads are better than one, three heads are better than two, etc., etc. The individuals' role in the collective is both to listen and be heard because everyone has something to offer.

If we believe we are all one, every person's growth is personal and collective at the same time.

I don't really think that there is such a thing as Growth, there's just growth. There are also different form of it.
A tree growths differently than a chicken.

I believe personal growth or self-awareness is the knowing, understanding and accepting of the whole self, including the worst of us. In understanding ourselves, we are open to understand others and this can only lead to collective peace. Eventually!
