I'm not sure why the high five, if that's all it is. Aonther thing that has recently begun to occur with me, since I posted about the 6 customer phenominon is that when I do my own shopping, the total turns out to be an even total. $3.00, $12.00, $79.00. This has never happened to me personally, and so many times in a row.

My late sisters favorite number was 29. The 5 acer lot she bought turned out to be number 29. Her extention number at work turned out to be 29, and after she died, we bought her buriel plot, and it turned out to be plot 29.

Can't think of anymore at the moment.

When I was younger I always thought that I was a little nuts for seeing it but thought it was cool cause its the only time the clock has 4 of the same number...then I started making wishes when it happened. Then I told my friends, and they started seeing it, and then they started saying the "make a wish" tagline. Now I know its universal thing and I try to incorporate it into my I-M

I knew that yesterday was the 11th of the 11th and, having recently become aware of the 11:11 phenomenon, thought maybe something special would happen. Perhaps my true purpose in life would become clear...

On the 10th Nov I discovered that some of my work colleagues had been invited to our corporate box at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff to watch the Wales v Pacific Islands rugby match. These are always good days out and, even though I figured there was no real reason why I should be invited on this occasion, I was still disappointed.

Sometime later in the day on the 10th, a thought popped into my head that I might be invited along by a particular manager. This felt like a daydream and I dimissed it instantly.

The following day, at exactly 11:11 on the 11th of the 11th, my manager rang to say that someone couldn't go to the match and I'd been invited by the same manager that I'd envisaged getting the invitation from!

By the way, whilst I've only recently become aware of 11:11, I often used to see 10:13 when I was a kid. Anyone know if this means anything?

The Urantia Book is very interesting. It is a book about the universe and God and how all things work. The book is very long and hard to follow at times, but I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in opening your mind to new possibilities.

Thanks for bumping this thread, at least for the 11:11 aspect. I've had a number of experiences which proved to me that there's something to it. I think it's my spirit guides (for lack of a better term) tapping me on the shoulder and saying, "now pay attention to what happens next" (or to what just happened).

As for the Urantia book: I read up on it a while back, not wanting to leave out any possibilities in my seeking. I skimmed thru the entire online version. Sorry, but I think it's mostly a very imaginitive science fiction book. I base that on several things. One is that some of the science in it proved to be wrong later; excuses were made for that, but it's too convenient.

Also, the doctor who was involved in its "discovery" was a rabid sceptic regarding the paranormal , spritualism, and life after death. And amongst all the incredible detailing of the vast infrastructure of the universe, the numerous planes of existence and types of beings, there's a passage that flatly states that the dead can in no way ever contact those living on Earth. That kind of made me go "hmmmm...". At that point I discarded the whole book and moved on.

But, having said that...only you get to say what you will believe.

I used to be "overly repetive" also. Yes on one hand it could be spirits or somesuch trying to contact you. However, in such an odd or abstract way?

I would dismiss the repetiveness and 9 times out of 10 if there was something really going on then something much more obvious would happen and it would sort of be like a "check mate. something is happening or needs to be done."

Hi All. One day, years ago, it occurred to me that I was finally "coming into being at last", so I adopted the nickname "Cibal". As I came further into being through spiritual studies and meditation, I realized that I was "coming into being and light". So, here I am, Cibal - on a quest to obtain and walk in the Light of the Creator.

I located this place by searching the web and looking for a group in the Philadelphia area who studied the Urantia Book. Knowledge of this book came to me several years ago, but it wasn't until last year that I purchased a copy. I have since recommended it to everyone I know. An avid reader of the Holy Bible, there has always been a continuous search for more enlightenment. I think the book is amazing. My son reads it also and we discuss it all the time. He said he reads it almost every day and although it is a little difficult to understand, the information can be understood. Anyway, this is me - not "lurking in the shadows" although somewhat timid and shy (okay, not that shy either). As far as how my parents messed me up, well, keep reading my posts. You'll all get it sooner or later.

Hi Fellowtraveler. Where did you read that information because I was just reading yesterday and highlighted the following passage:

"PAPER 189 - THE RESURRECTION
 line 62: After the chief of archangels had been granted this request, he summoned to his assistance many of his fellows, together with a numerous host of the representatives of all orders of celestial personalities, and then, with the aid of the Urantia midwayers, proceeded to take possession of Jesus' physical body. This body of death was a purely material creation; it was physical and literal; it could not be removed from the tomb as the morontia form of the resurrection had been able to escape the sealed sepulchre. By the aid of certain morontia auxiliary personalities, the morontia form can be made at one time as of the spirit so that it can become indifferent to ordinary matter, while at another time it can become discernible and contactable to material beings, such as the mortals of the realm.
 line 106: These human eyes were enabled to see the morontia form of Jesus because of the special ministry of the transformers and the midwayers in association with certain of the morontia personalities then accompanying Jesus."

These passages were on the resurrection of Jesus. Also, my mother recently passed and my son and I were reading about parents on the Morontia worlds, where is said that we really do get to see our families on the other side. Now this amazed me because, although I believe in an afterlife, I'm not sure I believed that we would actually see our folks on the other side, but the book says that we would be conscious of all we have known on this side.
